Kfc is Kfc, I have said it before😎. Got a zinger meal. As always good. Business as usual. The chips were especially good though👍 staff friendly, also as usual.

A girl named jasmine was clearly rude to a poor women who couldn’t hear the number she called out because it wasn’t loud enough. The women looked very sad and embarrassed! Bad service!

If I could I would give them a 0 star review, I bought food from there and I found a bug in my food while I was eating it, I went back to complain The manager told me he can’t refund me my money i told him I don’t care about my money but this isn’t what u r meant to serve your customers, people pay for their food and it expect it to be well presented and good not to find a bug in it I don’t recommend getting food from this place

Chicken was great just really busy on a Sunday lunchtime. Managers/ owners should put on more staff for better service. Those girls were working really hard, good job ladies!! 👍😀

The staff attitude is not good; I have visited three times, and each time, the experience has been consistent. One staff member is okay; they show hospitality. However, the rest are unfriendly. The food doesn't match the quality of Fairy Meadow. The chicken is often overcooked, and the color is a bit dark and does not suggest freshness. Additionally, the chicken tends to be quite dry.

Joshua served me at this KFC and he was very nice and friendly and efficient and kind. Give this man a raise 10/10

thankfully I have experienced great service and fresh food. Even when I don’t use self serve, I always having great service and interactions with staff that’s why I go counter 🫶🏻

Man, oh man! Let me tell you, the customer service at KFC was an absolute nightmare! 😱 The staff was as cold as ice, and their attitude made me want to scream. It felt like they were intentionally trying to ruin my day. I've never experienced such terrible service in my life! 😡👎

Delivery service is good but the quality of KFC is terrible 💀 this is 1st in my life get “that bad” kfc !! OMG, the OG chicken so bad, no crunchy at all, the skin came off, overcooked and taste rlly bad

Ordered an original chicken burger but the staff member put down a famous chicken burger. Realised the mistake before receiving my food. Went back to find out what a famous burger was and was told it was the same as an original burger with pickles. Told them I did not want pickles and was to pick them out. Could not believe the staff member would not correct the order. Burgers are not similar and the “famous burger” is more expensive. Won’t be going back there again.

Went there to Order "Burger Feast". On counter there were a Kid, certainly he was new. I ordered him Burger Feast and said, for sides I won't take 2 large chips but 1 chips and 1 drink bottle, that I do always in every KFC. The kid was learning this on system, he didn't know how to change the menu settings, he asked a senior how to add drink replacing chips. The senior staff laughed !! and said there is no way. I said, even in online there are options to do it, how come you can't do? They said, no we can't. Anyway, I believe this small kfc sales 99% single meal, not much the shared meals but staff should learn all options, specially seniors so that they can train to new staff.

This branch is the worst I've ever visited. Food has a taste of burnt oil quite often. Today I came 40 minutes before closing and they refused to take my order. They didn't have pre cooked wings and they didn't want to make a new portion.

Never have delivery drivers around, and when it does takes ages to come. Have waited for foor nearly two hours.

Standard KFC restaurant was tidy and clean when I visited. The Staff were present and sorted out my order. Plenty of seating available to consume your dirty bird push! Once I'm done with the breasts and thighs I love to throw my bone back into the greasy box grab a few wet wipes sort myself out then have a little cry and a nap in the car before continuing with my day 😊
