Today afternoon we were assisted by an annoying salesperson from the Lancôme counter who repeatedly demanded if we needed any help. Very uncomfortable experience as we felt almost out of place and unwanted by this pushy behaviour. The service that this salesperson did provide however was inadequate and very lackluster as she did not provide us with the correct price tags, and no samples were provided after we did eventually make a purchase at the Lancôme. However, that being said this will be the last time we will buy anything from here again. Avoid.

This is a nicely stocked, even if grossly overpriced store. My major problem is that more than I have been shocked by either indifferent or openly rude and arrogant attitude of some sales assistants. I may be ready to pay more for the comfort and nice feeling of the Han touch, but such attitude will likely keep me away from your store. In any case one can buy cheaper online and have free no-hassle returns on everything you sell. Invest in your staff, they are the ones that differentiate you from online stores!

I am an usual client. I have spent so much in Galeria Inno but they are impolite sometimes. Instead of treating you a bit better, they reply shortly and they are not helpful. Lazy and not caring.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. You cannot get your money back when returning items, even after just 1 or 2 days (it’s the shop policy apparently). I will NEVER be back, and I will continue using AMAZON, where I can get my money back in 30 days if I don’t like the clothes.

Loads of brands, airy and nice products. Quite over priced though and service... Well you are in Belgium where custoper service is somewhere between nonexistent and negative negative. Last time I shopped there, six tried to sell me things but none tried to help me pay. The till was seriously understaffed and no one figured it out even after half an hour of me being in the queue.

I can not believe that even though we know that we have to reduce plastic waste, this shop has more plastic than any other shop I have seen

Best shop in Brussels! Personnel is always very polite and helpful. The shop offers many big brands and is very nicely arranged. No tricks with the fidelity programme or lowering of the quality of the goods as in other brands (shops) lately. It is also almost the only shop in the Woluwe Shopping Mall which does not chase you out 15-20 min before closure. Continue your excellent service, Inno!

Terrible service. The ladies at the payment desk didn't know how to use CREDIT CARD, they tried to force me to pay with Maestro/Bancontact, however I had that moment only credit card (Mastercard). They were very unpolished insinuating I didn't have money to pay a mere 100 euros... Or the company is trying somehow to avoid the payment of taxes?... Won't return to this place, quite high prices for a service of a discount store, I think H&M would provide a better client service at all.

Nice warehouse for clothing, bags and perfumes. But bring lots of money, many expensive brands.

Nice and tidy Shopping Center with a spacious paid parking lot.

From all the inno I have visited it's the best. It's well organised. Better City2 which is better than Louiza

Very clean and helpful staff

Bit on the expensive side, I was looking for winter jackets but there were not too many options to my taste, either the size or colour would not be available. Not sure if this was because of it being the sale season or a general trend. Otherwise it's a vast store with generally lots of brands to chose from.

I had bought a watch, but they have the worst service!! Very bad service!!

Some of the sales ppl here act as if I'm going to their home to pic stuff for free. If the personnel is less stuck up it'd be a great place with nice goods.
