Saturday in this boutique was not a smart choice. Very crowded, no suficient ventilation; personal insuficient trained to be helpful, at least the blond young person who deal with my command had no class at all. Awful experience that I will not take again. This shop is erased from my list.

It's efficient. Unless it's busy, then there are long waits.

Was there on a Saturday, 3 clients max allowed at a time and there were 3 sales person. They did not seem to know much on the coffee machine and we felt we were push to hurry up... especially the guy how know to speak english... not very friendly at all. Better off shopping in a different store or on Amazon 😝

It is the second time they make mistake. They do not let you pick up the capsules like they do in Louise. You make the order and they bring you the bag with the coffee. I would suggest you better count before leaving the store.

Okay store, too bad there is no self-service here. You have to ask the person at the counter for your coffee.

Worst Nespresso shop ever! Non existent client service and always a waiting line, even during non rush hours , because sellers are busy making coffee for other customers and staying there on the counter talking to them while others have to wait. There are also no automatic pay station available for self service. So if you don’t want to waist your time I suggest you to go elsewhere.

Olga and Pina, the kindest and most helpful staff I’ve ever met. recommendations are always on point. They play a key role in my Nespresso experience and enjoyment!

Jasmin is a great consultant, always helps to select the best coffee and is very pleasant. She speaks also English and that is very helpful.
