Club is one of the best book stores of Brussels. The Club in Woluwe Shopping Center has available a big collection of books, where you can also find a high quality stationery with paper goods. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as to the literature and bookselling. The Club also has available a computerized search engine for any book to order if you only have the ISBN. You can also find available paper products like greeting cards, planners, notebooks, notepads, writing equipment, writing paper, office supplies etc. I strongly recommend it but it is a little bit expensive.

I do not recommend it. Got an ink pen that leaked. - The shop first insinuated I damaged the item... I tried again for a few weeks (it kept leaking); CLUB agreed to send it to 'repair' to UK. - After 2 months not even an answer from UK. I followed up. The manager tried to convince me that it is a reasonable delay since they sent it 'all the way to UK'. Wait some more... After +-3 months, finally, some pro-activity: a call from the shop manager; we agreed to replace it. Now, hoId on tight.... - after 3 months of waiting, I should wait another 3 weeks (!) for the replacement to be 'confirmed' with the distributor. On which planet do you live to make customers wait 3,5 months for an ink pen to be replaced? Additionally, the manager blatantly blamed it on the suppliers and refused ANY responsibility. - Mister manager: I am (was) your (!) client, not the manufacturer's. Not my Club.

Good choice for books

I think you should pay attention to the handicapped. It's practically impossible to navigate your store in a wheelchair, there is something blocking every Isle. In term of what you sell, the selection is very good.
