being
diplomatic
after
several
inconsistent
experiences.
We’ve
ordered
takeout
on
5
occassions
and
had
positive
experiences.
We
had
to
wait
and
extra
15
minutes
once
but
it
did
appear
to
be
a
rather
busy
evening
so
we
totally
understood.
To
me
it
is
slightly
overpriced
for
what
it
is.
15
Euros
for
a
decent
burger
and
then
having
to
still
pay
extra
for
sides
seems
a
tad
extravagant
to
a
North
American,
but
OK.
Our
first
in
restaurant
experience
was
a
month
ago.
We
arrived.
We
were
seated.
We
were
not
given
menus
or
asked
if
we
would
like
to
order
a
drink.
We
waited
15
minutes
and
noone
came
to
us.
It
was
not
busy.
Only
5
other
tables
had
people
and
we
could
see
at
least
2
staff
members
attending
to
them.
We
got
up
left
and
none
of
the
staff
made
any
attempt
to
talk
to
us
as
they
watched
us
leave.
Our
family
decided
to
give
them
another
chance.
This
time
we
waited
10
mins
from
being
seated
until
we
saw
menus.
Why
would
it
not
be
the
restaurant’s
policy
to
give
customers
menus
as
you
seat
people?
There
is
a
reason
that
every
restaurant
on
the
planet
does
this.
Once
our
server
arrived
she
was
very
friendly
and
professional.
However,
the
restaurant
appears
to
lack
a
system
for
orders/
degree
of
cooking.
We
were
not
asked
how
well
done
we
would
like
our
burgers
to
be
cooked.
When
they
arrived
mine
was
nice
&
still
slightly
pink
in
center.
My
son’s
completely
rare
and
still
bleeding.
We
had
to
swap
burger
patties
so
that
he
would
eat
his.
My
suggestion
would
be
either
ask
guests
how
well
they
would
like
them
cooked,
or
provide
a
consistent
degree
of
cookedness
as
your
signature.
The
Fries
were
tasty
&
the
sauce
portion
was
was
suitable.
After
the
table
was
cleared
we
waited
another
15
minutes.
They
didn’t
bring
the
ice
cream
that
was
part
of
my
child’s
kid’s
meal
nor
did
anyone
check
if
we
wanted
anything
else.
So
we
just
got
up
and
went
to
the
bar
to
pay
and
we
left.
Based
on
this
we
do
not
plan
to
return
and
are
unlikely
to
get
takeout
again.
For
the
price
management
is
charging
I
would
expect
them
to
ensure
a
far
better
experience
when
dining
in
or
possibly
a
slight
reduction
for
takeout
given
that
your
selling
point
is
your
atmosphere
&
location.
