For lunch, the Student "deal" is no deal. In fact, you end up paying more since French fries are "not included", add 3,50 euro. Want to add cheese? That's another 0.60 cents. Slow service and the burger is well-done, no option on how you want it cooked. In the end, expectations with regards to value-money are not met. Prime example of nickel and diming. Unfortunate, since the tangibles and ambiance are pleasing. Service and food/pricing need to be improved.

Mini essay here, but being diplomatic after several inconsistent experiences. We’ve ordered takeout on 5 occassions and had positive experiences. We had to wait and extra 15 minutes once but it did appear to be a rather busy evening so we totally understood. To me it is slightly overpriced for what it is. 15 Euros for a decent burger and then having to still pay extra for sides seems a tad extravagant to a North American, but OK. Our first in restaurant experience was a month ago. We arrived. We were seated. We were not given menus or asked if we would like to order a drink. We waited 15 minutes and noone came to us. It was not busy. Only 5 other tables had people and we could see at least 2 staff members attending to them. We got up left and none of the staff made any attempt to talk to us as they watched us leave. Our family decided to give them another chance. This time we waited 10 mins from being seated until we saw menus. Why would it not be the restaurant’s policy to give customers menus as you seat people? There is a reason that every restaurant on the planet does this. Once our server arrived she was very friendly and professional. However, the restaurant appears to lack a system for orders/ degree of cooking. We were not asked how well done we would like our burgers to be cooked. When they arrived mine was nice & still slightly pink in center. My son’s completely rare and still bleeding. We had to swap burger patties so that he would eat his. My suggestion would be either ask guests how well they would like them cooked, or provide a consistent degree of cookedness as your signature. The Fries were tasty & the sauce portion was was suitable. After the table was cleared we waited another 15 minutes. They didn’t bring the ice cream that was part of my child’s kid’s meal nor did anyone check if we wanted anything else. So we just got up and went to the bar to pay and we left. Based on this we do not plan to return and are unlikely to get takeout again. For the price management is charging I would expect them to ensure a far better experience when dining in or possibly a slight reduction for takeout given that your selling point is your atmosphere & location.

We ended paying 64 euros for 3 burger and fries take way…too much for me! Friday night, kids guests at home - I made a phone order for 8 portions (that I fully paid for) but back home I realized that 3 of them were missing. Second time it happens. Calling the restaurant to ask for any solution, they just hung up .Too bad. Not recommended at all.

Nice restaurant, tasty burger good chips and not a fast food restaurant. A proper sit down and enjoy your meal place. Food takes a while but it’s worth the wait!

My first time in this place..No ketchup or mustard , salt or peppers on the table !! You have to pay extra !( for ketchup / mustard ) 1 glass of coca cola 5.90 euros ! Burger didn't taste great . Expensive and not that good. The only good thing were the fries . Service was ok .

Good food and drinks...but the service could improve a lot. On a couple occasions with a group and we waited a long time for the order to be taken, and only when we stopped them and said we were ready did they come. Then they dont return to see if we want anything else. I know we have to pay at the counter but some people won't know this, it could be mentioned or youll be caught waiting again until you figure it out kn your own.

3.5 🌟 - good burgers and fries… yet overpriced and service could be improved. For example, 5.6€ for a 40cl Coke is an insane price. Fries at 3.60€ are also overpriced. In terms of service, waiters did not come to us without being called, even though the restaurant was practically empty at the time we arrived (around 20h30). However, they were very nice and food came in good timing. In terms of quality, the vegetarian burger patties could be improved. Buying from “beyond burger” or similar would elevate the experience and could be justified for a 15€ burger.

We loved this Burger in Stockel. Attentive service, and tasty salads and burgers. We had a Caesar salad and a New York Burger. A place to repeat without any doubt!

A little high price wise, but the burger was very good, quality meat. Our server was friendly and accommodating. The food came out fast, which is what you want for what's typically fast food. I would come back.

This place should get zero stars. I wish I could comment on the service but we were never approached, no one ever acknowledged us. We walked out after waiting a long time for any employee to come to the table. What a disgrace! Stockel deserves way better than this! Don’t even bother with Be Burger cause it Be A Disaster.

Bad service. After we finished our food, no one came to collect the plates. The children's menu includes ice cream, which we had to ask for and then wait 40 minutes to get 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream. The plates were still waiting on the tables. I should add that the restaurant was almost empty.

Awful experience. We wait for 55 minutes for burgers... Are you for real? After repeatedly asking for our food, we said that in 5 min we would leave. Miraculously, 2 min after that, our cold burgers arrived. It looked like someone just threw the bread and stuff on the plate to make it quick. Cero flavor, cold and no love for the job. Very disappointing. It's sad that Manhattan Burger is not around Stokkel. But for anyone reading this... Jump on the metro (line 1) go to Merode and enjoy a delicious burger there (it will take you 20 min, less than what you wait at this place). Or you can also go to Elis burger, which never disappoints.

The worst service ever. Nothing on food but service is horrible. Waited for food, ice cream for so a very long time. Once you are with kids, service speed is important. 5 minutes becomes 50 minutes. Anyways, this is the third time I experience this service. I wont come here any more but I hope be burger improves its service.

My recent visit to Be Burger Stockel left a lot to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment in this Google review. Upon arrival, my party of four requested an outdoor table. However, the girl at the entrance told us that there were only tables for two available. We suggested combining two tables, which seemed like a reasonable solution, but she hesitated and explained that those tables were being reserved for people looking to have drinks. This, despite the fact that there were plenty of empty tables around. After some persistence, she finally agreed, but her demeanor made it clear that she was not pleased with our request. Frankly, it seemed like she had no interest in accommodating us or even enjoying her job. Despite this inauspicious start, we decided to stay because it was late in the afternoon, and we were hungry. However, what followed only added to our disappointment. We placed our orders for burgers and waited for what felt like an eternity, well over 45 minutes. Not once did anyone from the staff offer an apology for the delay or offer us a drink to make the wait more bearable. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. When our food finally arrived, we were shocked to find that we had no napkins or silverware. We had to awkwardly grab these essentials from neighboring tables. It was an embarrassing situation, and it made us feel like an afterthought. Our waiter eventually realized that he had forgotten to bring us silverware, but by that point, we were already finished with our meal. This lack of attention to detail and the overall poor service we experienced left a bitter taste in our mouths. In all honesty, I won't be returning to Be Burger Stockel anytime soon. I strongly urge anyone considering dining here to think twice and explore the many other dining options available in the neighborhood that offer not only better food but also superior service. Be Burger Stockel has a long way to go in terms of improving its customer experience.

Nice burger place, in an excellent location (Square Stockel). They also have salads and other quick dishes. Fast service, average prices. The burger patty could be a bit larger.

While on the pricey side, my experiences at be burger have been great so far. The food there is very good and the staff is eager to help. Sometimes there can be waiting times to get the food but the quality makes up for it. Strongly recommend.

Nice enough place and I enjoyed friendly service. The burgers are fine, but unexceptional for the price. Take care if you are with someone with limited mobility. There are quite some stairs to the toilets.

We have visited Be Burger a few times before and always get a burger (duh). This time we decided to live on the wild side and NOT get a burger in order to try the other menu items. My daughter ordered the kid's chicken tender meal with fries. My husband ordered the Brava Fries and wings. I ordered chicken fingers, onion rings, and a side salad. All the food came out hot, fresh, and fast. The onion rings are the best rings in Belgium by far. The chicken tenders were juicy and crunchy. The side salad is substantial with a delicious yogurt dressing. My husband was thrilled with his Brava Fries and wings. Pro tip: if you have kids who order the children's meal there will be enough fries and chicken tenders on their plates to share with Mom and Dad - if your kiddo will allow it. Be Burger in Stockel is an easy place to go for lunch or dinner, as a family, couple, or solo.

Splendid burgers and superb service make a killer combination. The place is well-located, the beers are cold, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. We’ve been in the area less than two weeks and already visited twice. Recommended for sure.

When you ask the waitress about the kids' desert you ordered 40 min ago in a half empty restaurant and she rolls her eyes, you know you are never coming back. The food was good though, nice drink selection, the service was nice too, in the beginning. Excellent location too.

Nice location, nice food and most of all super friendly and lovely personnel! Just be aware If you visit with small children they had only one child seat available. And the food did take a little more than usual to arrive. Still a nice place and I will visit again

Some of the best hamburgers in town, a pretty generous size though it comes with a similar price tag. It's a pity the side fries are no longer included in the burger price and you have to buy them separately. The interior is cosy, family-friendly and there are a few tables outside too, though it's just on the sidewalk, no fancy terrace

Burgers are not the best I've ever had but decent. Worth noting that they have a wide range of vegetarian burgers but fries are cooked in animal fat so vegetarian friends, the chips are a pass. Too bad as they went a long way to have a wide vegetarian offering and they taste great. Staff not especially friendly.

Nice tasty burgers, one thing they could improve is to have them a bit less soggy. The price for a gourmet burger it's ok. Service is good and fast enough, they have a nice tablet for the menu, a pity it can't be used to place the order itself to save time and see maybe what position you have in the queue of orders. Even having more photos of the actual plates could have been good.

The burgers are decent, but the staff are disordered and the organisation is resultingly chaotic. We've ordered from here more times than I can count and on several occasions (like, at least 4) we've received the wrong items than ordered - always cheaper alternatives. On a few occasions I've also gone to pick up burgers there directly as opposed to via Uber or Deliveroo. On the restaurant's website they ask you to provide a pick up time, but that time is strictly hypothetical and is never kept to. Every time I've gone, regardless of whether it is busy or quiet I have waited half an hour at least beyond the scheduled pick up time for a burger ordered an hour earlier. Unacceptable. It's as if they get your name when you walk in to pick up the burger you've already paid for and THEN start to make it. To improve. Soon.

Very bad sevice, one week ago we waited for drinks 20 -25 min, when i asked if they are ready or maybe they forgot (it can happened) the guy wanted to fight was rude , impolite. We will not go there anymore.

On a Friday night we had a reservation and when we got there the place was full and they did not keep the reservation. Finally they sent us home

The burgers and fries are tasty and I would recommend their onion rings. Service was sluggish though, we had to wait 20 minutes for our takeaway order, although it was supposed to be prepared on time.

Insolent waiter. Poor food. I had to wait around 30 minutes for 2 burgers. I think they had to hunt the animals, otherwise it us not logical... A place to avoid.

Nice place. Grilled burgers are definitely better than the fried one. I think they have one fried chicken burger and fish burger.. everything else is grilled. Definitely try the grilled burgers.
