    Dreadful customer service. I appreciate they are trying to push the technology and self ordering but when it doesn't work and you are sent to the counter you expect to at least be acknowledged. When managers are walking past you as well as multiple members of staff you know all hope is lost. Technology shouldn't be an excuse for the basics of customer service to be lost.

    Keep canceling my delivery 👍 good job. Edit: been charged and not refunded. Free items (coupons) that I added are now not free. Used 15% off coupon and now it's been used!! Avoid like hell if you have offers on the app and order elsewhere!!

    We used to come here regularly but it's gone downhill of late. The car park is a nightmare, as its been badly designed and the drive thru traffic is constantly passing through, making cars at serious danger of collision. Today, a van backed up and almost hit out car as we were parking. Restaurant is not as busy as the car park would indicate and tables are clean. The cleaner does a good job and is friendly. We had to wait a very long time for our food and my disabled son was agitated. When I enquired where our food was it was just in a tray at the front but nobody had called our number and I don't know how long it had been there. Staff made no effort to call put that our food was ready, so it was cold when we got it. All in all an unpleasant experience which is a shame as this used to be one of the best McDonald's. Also prices looked more expensive than other local branches.

    Last night we brought 2 big mac burgers from stafford road MDs on arrival we open the first burger box to find half a big mac made. No top pattie or top bun. Absolutely disgraceful

    and this is what Mcdonalds calls a breakfast? the wrapping was full of grease and food was inedible. not to mention the drinks were spilt in the bag… disappointing won’t be ordering again👍🏻

    Placed order for table service waited 25 mins. I informed lady on floor who said our order was given out to someone else. She apologised and blamed it on young temporary Christmas staff.

    Worse thing ever. Who could be working here with no brain as they did not give me anything that I ordered and although, I waited here for 30 minutes just to eat and got nothing only my fries and burger. No sauce to. Such a disgusting place to eat

    I use to work for them. There standards have gone DOWN!!!! U ORDER LARGE FRIES YOU get a regular in a large box. And no matter how much times you complain and tell them all they say (if you ordered off uber) as uber for a refund. Like hello what fixing the quality of food you send out!!!!!

    The food is always cold, they never pick up the phone. Avoid at all costs. I definitely will not go here again!!! Absolutely terrible including the service. They obviously give franchises to anyone these days.

    Hiya I came through the drive through last night and spoke to a young gentleman who I believe was polish. He seemed very talkative, friendly and had no issue answering any questions regarding the food provided by the company. I did call the company also to let them know about this encounter, I believe the young lads name was "Sam" however I'm not too sure. Thank you

    This is mainly a drive in Mcdys. Ample parking and seating available. The store inside is relatively small The service is efficient. The inside of the store is clean and well managed. The store is exactly at the roundabout and you need to be aware of the entry and exits. You need to be careful when coming out of the parking as there is lot of traffic for Drive in .

    The most awkward of all car parks... You arrive right off a roundabout and the entrance to the car park will be blocked by people waiting for the drive though. Once you get in there are cars constantly moving and the spaces are tight. Once you park you have to walk all the way to the front, it's not a well throughout restaurant. The food was the expected standard and was nice. It was also very warm. The only negative was the ice cream was pretty much melted when they brought it over. Ive seen them make the mcflurrys right away and leave them on the side because they are easy to make so not sure if this is the reason or the machine isn't freezing it well enough. We sat at a table where one spot was right under the aircon and it was freezing, i had goosebumps. Sounds like a lot of complaining but I'm just stating my experience. The food was good and the staff were really friendly so overall it was alright. Food ***** Service ***** Environment *** Parking * Accessibility **

    My McFlurry came and it was all melted and no flake pieces and it looked like someone had mixed in the sauce with the ice cream. I don’t fancy eating food someone has already played with. Threw it straight in the bin.

    I don't generally spend time in a McDonald's as they're always close to full and too noisy. This branch is one such place where that applies most of the time. Generally orders are correct and staff friendly, although faces change like the weather.

    Everytime without fail this Mcdonald forgets something when I'm ordering through the app. Whether it be a whole meal it a bunch of sauces. I'll be calling in the morning, to get a refund or another resolution. As one of us here is now without food again. Terrible considering the prices you have to pay on the app to get it delivered...

    Very gobby staff, young girl, white top working at third window. After paying, we got to second window where another young girl told us to carry on to the third window, got the third window, received our order then this girl got snotty and said ‘you were meant to pull onto the car park and wait for your order’; which I responded “oh I was told to just come to the third window” she completely ignored me and said “your holding up everyone els behind you” so I repeated myself and stated again “I wasn’t told that, I was told to go to the third window”, at this point she slammed the windows and walked off. Very rude

    It's mcdonalds. The food temperature can be a bit random ranging from nuclear to icey. The burger have a tendency to look like they were thrown together, from a distance. Staff are earning a living but don't give the impression they love the customers. The self-service ordering machines seem to be out of order a lot. It is what it is...an easy dinner after work.

    A lovely lady with dyed Red Hair served me, and I can honestly say it was the friendliest and best customer service experience I've had in a restaurant, McDonald's or otherwise. I don't care what she's on, she needs a raise! Our big order came out perfect, lovely atmosphere, brilliant customer service.

    I would have given 0 stars. the manager Donna Tonight her attitude stinks. The order was missing 20 nuggets. So drive back to be told tough that we should have eaten the rest and then gone back to then get 20 nuggets totally seperate and go home again after that then eat again. She totally refused a refund due to the food being stone cold after having to go back. Offered a credit not for the nuggets only. I mean seriously would anyone else actually ear the food after having to take it back for them to remake it. I wouldnt vile attitude less than usless service had 5 members of staff walk past up on the counter clearly couldnt care less about the customers. This woman should also learn the mcdonalds refund policy it states clearly that if this sort of thing happenes and we decide against having the food then they have to refund the entire meal. I checked that on the mcdonalds t&@c's this woman need to be retrained and reeducated in both customer service and people skills.

    Shocking bad service .. over 40 mins waiting for food. Staff not even bothered with doing their jobs in the drive in. Stood with backs to people having conversations rather than actually serving. Saw at least 6 other people waiting as long as me as well. Food quality was awful

    Literally every single time we’ve ordered from here the order has been wrong. Once had to wait a week to get a refund for a whole meal they didnt deliver. And literally today popped in to get 2 brownies which I thought was a simple enough order. However they gave me a sugar doughnut and a brownie. They’re genuinely the more useless McDonald’s in Wolverhampton. Incompetent is an understatement

    Stawberry cooler with no strawberry 🍓 sweetness, just pure lemon 🍋 tang. No McFlurrys available. 2x Chocolate milkshakes which both looked like vanilla milkshakes. Is it me or do the staff no care about what they are serving to their customers. What are managers doing in these places …is their no quality control. This is not the first time I’ve been served items with no quality control. No wonder the U.K. is content with hideously bad service.

    Very disappointed service,I ordered breakfast muffins within 5 minutes I gt home the food was cold I phoned up the store,this happened on the 28th July at 11.10am.i asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager ,(he would not give his name)he didn't make sense at all,he said he can replace 1 muffin that's it... I said what about the rest of my breakfast muffins he said ,they can not replace it because they will loose out on moey,so it's ok for me and my children to loose out,if he can replace 1 muffin surely the others,he was very rude,I wouldn't not go here again,anyone else who goes there check your food and order before leaving

    Been here a few times. Staff are nice. Chicken wrap was nice. But surprise surprise my fries were cold when I got back to my van which was parked 30 seconds walk away. Always the same ... cold fries. Won't be coming back here again.

    This is a fabulous McDonalds. Wonderful service and there is always a happy member of staff to greet you. Fast drive through. Right on the main Stafford road.

    The quues were quite long and felt like it took forever for the intercom to come to life. The food dsint really justify the waiting times eaither... chips were hard and my quater pounder looked drunk with the buns hardly covering the burger not too mention the burger was dry aswell... overall not happy with this branch... my unhappy experiance at a maccys for a long while

    Pulled up in the drive through to get a simple Happy Meal and Adult burger meal. Milkshake machine was broken, which is standard nowadays. Laughed it off, ordered everything else including a sauce which cost an extra 40p. Got to the window and was told I'd have to wait for food. Parked up at the next window...for 15-minutes. It was hardly busy and no one came up to update us. The food came and I asked if they extra sauce was in there and was assured it was. I tried a chip and it was stone cold. I told the girl in the window who said sorry and walked away. I had to be back home for work, so got back within 5-minutes. Both meals were cold and no sauce for either meal. Fast food shouldn't take 20+ minutes to come out and be stone cold, especially as they weren't busy. The amount of Uber Eats/Just Eat orders have really made them slack on actual customers who turn up

    This is a nice McDonald's, plenty of seating and a nice place. Sadly, they've given over completely to the delivery drivers. There is but one single till to make your order which appears to be next to a toilet entrance. It's not next to a toilet, it's simply bad design. You have to wait a long time and hope you catch someone's eye to place your order, but once you have done that they're pretty good. Only took me two attempts to get the dip I ordered with my meal to be supplied. Perhaps a two star rating for the ordering/service, but the rest of the shop is nice so I gave it three.

    To expensive....why implement a system you cant keep up with so workers are having to con it to make sure there kpis are ok.... most mcdonalds cant even layer a burger right but want 4.29 a burger? Come on.... getting past an absolute joke mcdonalds have....cant even get my free coffees now.... boycott it till they see profits shouldnt exceed expectations to the consumers

    Right on the main road, location is great. The staff is always helpful but you might need to wait to get you order as it gets crowded during peak hours. The place is clean and tidy and found no issues with food. Will definitely visit again. Thanks.

    Really not happy with the level of customer service provided ordered food through Uber eats and did not receive my full order. I then called McDonald’s and spoke to a woman who was absolutely no help whats so ever. She proceeded to tell me I needed to contact the delivery driver and yet it is them who did not pack the food correctly. i told her this yet she rushed me off the phone like she couldn’t be bothered to deal with the mistake that they made. I have had this happen many other times which is why I’m putting this review in. The issue had nothing to do with Uber eats or the driver but instead the employees carelessly packing my order after I payed full price. Very bad customer service from their half and to the woman who I spoke to you need to find a new job cause clearly you don’t have the patience to deal with customers

    Came here this morning for my breakfast which I will say was lovely. Parked up to eat it which I normally do. Looked to my right and seen a couple a few cars down basically eating each other (getting quite intimate shall we say) all I wanted to do was enjoy my food but if I’m honest it kind of put me off. I did pap the horn to try and make them aware that I had a clear view without me actually getting out the car as it’s far to cold and didn’t want to feel awkward going knocking on there window. But eventually they did stop when a gentleman got in his van right next to them. I mean each to there own but if your that hungry go a get a McMuffin! You know what I mean? It’s not something I want to see while I’m eating my breakfast. There’s a time and a place. 😘
