This was my second visit and I was not impressed with the service. Two employees in particular demonstrated unprofessional behavior: the guy slicing the bread and meat showed no teamwork, causing a backup as he sliced multiple orders and immediately became confused as to what was what. Another male employee stomped over with a knife in hand to answer a coworkers question and treated her as an annoyance. There were at least two female employees who couldn’t get clear answers from these men and were relegated to standing in the background unable to help. The sandwich itself was missing more than the advertised meat; a portion was offered on the side.

It said if I order on the app between 1/1 and 1/2 I would get enough bonus points for a free sandwich. I went through the whole process and got 0 bonus points. Won't be coming back once my gift card runs out soley for the misleading advertising.

It was decent, definitely not worth the 18 bucks that I paid for the order. Delivery all that. "The juice" made it taste somewhat like a giant pickle. Don't know if or when I will order again. Maybe next time I'll try it with light "juice".

I absolutely love jersey mikes. This locations is always super friendly and talkative. They never fail to make me smile, on top of making delicious sandwiches. Blaize is the best!

Let me start off by saying I love Jersey Mikes subs but this will be my first and last time as a patron at this location. I came into the restaurant & ordered two #9 sandwiches, one giant & one mini - to go. The meat/cheese guy prepared an online order before my order & placed them next to each other, I did not realize this at the time of preparation. The online order contained the same meats & cheese mine did so I assumed they were all part of my order. It wasn’t until the toppings gal started putting pickles on the online order, that was prepared first, that I realized that sandwich was not part of my order. I realized that the person had misunderstood my order but I hesitated to speak up as there was a very pregnant woman in line behind me who had already been waiting over 20 minutes for her order then having to wait even longer to be serviced to ask about where it is & I didn’t want her waiting any longer. While waiting for my sandwiches to finish up, a young short, blonde gal with a nose piercing walked up to toppings gal & started talking messily about a person right in front of me! How rude & unprofessional! Anyway.. I proceeded ahead to pay for what I ended up with which was a regular & a mini #9, without leaving a tip. In the process of payment the short, blonde gal (I couldn’t even tell you her job title because she was just standing around being a nuisance) then found herself at the register bothering the cashier who was cashing me out, peeking over his arm to gawk at the register screen.. not sure what that was all about but she proceeded to glare me down on my way out the door.

I love it here! The staff is so friendly and always seem stoked to be makin sandwiches. I had a great interaction with Blaize tonight and he was very patient with my payment struggles. Happy to keep giving them business

Me and my baby stopped in yesterday to pick up a couple sandwiches. I ordered two giant clubs, they were really yummy. They sliced the meat and cheese for my sandwiches on the spot as soon as I ordered, I thought that was pretty neat. Service was great. Friendly and attentive crew there. The cookies caught my eye, so we grabbed a couple of those too and they were so delicious.

Amazing place! There’s a guy name Tom and he has the perfect energy. He’s very welcoming makes jokes with everyone and just makes the place a better place. He’s always so nice and always in a good mood. This place is awesome and the food is great!

This is one of my go-to places to get food. It's usually pretty quick and the sandwiches I've gotten are always delicious. The people working there are friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this location to anyone.

Tom was super friendly and energetic. He went above and beyond for customer service. As well as Tony, he helped a customer with the QR code and stepped a side and walked him thru to assist him. It was very sweet. 10/10 recommend this place for lunch
