Very clean rooms, however, the fridge didn't work. Bummer because it would have been nice to put our food in their. That being said, we had great neighbors sharing their excitement of being one together. We decided to go for another walk, there is not a lot around within' a 15 - 30 min walking radius unless you are hungry, want to go to a convenient store or grab some refreshments. There is reading material in the lobby if you want to see what is around the area driving distances.

Loved this hotel! Quiet location near the freeway. Close to Edgefield. The pool was warm and alot of fun. Free breakfast had eggs, waffles, bacon, yogurt, and more. Very clean. We had the queen suite and it was roomy. Front desk friendly. Would stay again!

Describe my stay… well u didn’t even make it past the front desk . Front desk lady was rude and needs to be fired for her non hospitality attitude .. and the girl before her needs to put a smile on her face .. and be more accommodating… you can’t tel me you are booked when there are two cars in the parking lot .. I had been awake 48 hours driving 3 to work at a nursing home w a service animal whom the patients love … a little more accommodation to whom pays your paychecks .. the next women was rude in how she handled about asking about my service dog. Asking what service does she do for you… it’s non of your business… instead of going off on how u studied law … study customer relations next time … I won’t be staying there and will tell everyone I know not to stay there …. I then came to my original choice best western in camas whom love my dog……I’ve never had such disrespect from a customer service person … maybe go finish the law degree u probably didn’t finish now your u happy behind that desk …I’m going to rest well in camas, love this place

Was great service and very clean. Felt safe and area was great location. Front desk was great to work with from reservations to checking out the STAFF WAS AWESOME. Would definitely recommend staying here and it is very convenient being about 5 blocks off the I-84 and about 10 minutes from the airport.

Our 4-day stay at the hotel was great. The reception, staff and the whole crew was very helpful. The only negative side of this hotel is the industrial lot behind it. Our room was facing this parking area where trucks were moving around and left running the whole night. Despite closing the single-pane windows, the noises woke me up every night. However, my kids and wife had good sleep.

Great stay for shows at Edgefield. Jessica at the front desk is kind and welcoming. Comfy beds and walls that provide adequate noise buffers. We’ve stayed here a few times -it’s about a mile flat walk to Edgefield and good way to avoid related traffic and having to drive. Room rates tend to bump up for show nights like everywhere else but it’s never felt overly crowded and the a/c is a plus. Also good veggie omelets and freshly made bisquits!

It's not often I get to say this about a hotel, but I really dont have much bad to say about it. It appears recently remodeled. Everything is clean and well kept. Mattress is pillow topped but still quite firm for me. Quite location despite being right next to the highway. There's a Walmart, a couple gas stations, and a few restaurants in the immediate area. Would stay here again.

It was a great 1 night stay. Close to the interstate & Fred Meyer/Costco. Great well-lighted parking lot. Breakfast was good. Had a good looking pool. Overall, nice hotel.

This Best Western SAVED US!!! Had a water pipe break and needed a place to stay while flood damage was fixed. Josh at the front desk was amazing time and time again, and made us feel welcome and well cared for! Kim was awesome, and went out of her way to get us checked in early by working some magic. (This was especially important because we were displaced from our home.) Jessica worked the front desk when the whole block experienced a power outage, and delivered fabulous emergency services, let us know what to expect and was knowledgeable at answering all of our questions during the event. The continental breakfast was delicious, well stocked/managed by the attendant, and offered a large variety of hot and cold items. (Yogurt, boiled eggs, jams, cereal, milk, waffles, biscuits, gravy, eggs, potatoes, and a pork of some kind -bacon, sausage or sausage links!) The pool was so much fun, the hot tub was perfect and the sauna felt great! The free coffee in the lobby was amazing also! A single washer and dryer were available but make sure you have quarters. Overall is was an amazing visit and I would recommend this place if you ever get the chance or need a place to stay for a few days! Check em out!

I’d love to give a raving review. However, the room was nice but the bed was a bit worn out and a bit sunken in, so not very comfortable on the joints. We’ could hear the truckers as they came and went throughout the night. The worst part was all the loud and numerous door thunks from about 10pm until about 1am in the morning along with people talking, heavy footsteps and kids running. And I asked for a quiet room, one away from the majority of the noise. Needless to say, my review is less than stellar and I’m fatigued today.

"Meh" rooms, even more "meh" continental breakfast. The staff would not open the pool/ hot tub area even 2 minutes early.

We were about 45 minutes early to check in, so my husband went to go check if it was ok to check in a bit early. The lady said only if it's ready and it was our lucky day. Thanks for the service being on top of it!!

I stay here when I have to come to Portland for work. Very nice place to stay. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good, plenty to go around, nice variety.

For the event at McMenamins, the location was great. Pricing was average at best for the amenities. Internet speed was poor causing a 3 for service. It’s 2023, I expect decent wifi connection without latency issues.

Great 1-night stay here. This hotel is just what we were looking for - quiet, clean, comfortable, affordable. The location is right off I-84 and not far at all to connect with US26 east towards Mt. Hood. We'll definitely be back.

A comfortable and clean place to stay. It's very close to McMenamins Edgefield if you're planning to attend a concert there, or wanting to explore it for the day. The bathroom was a bit small but the room was spacious otherwise!

We prepaid for our room and was told when we got there that they don’t actually do prepaid at this location so we were double charged and they said that the issue couldn't be resolved until the manager came in on Tuesday. Additionally the stopper in the stink didn’t work which they came to fix right after check in but later when I went to wash my face we realized the pipes under the sink weren’t attached properly and water leaked all over the floor. We ended up having to change rooms.

I did not appreciate the fact that the registration form I signed for the room did not include the $16 extra added for taxes etc. I was not surprised that the room had tax added, But I was surprised that the exact amount of the tax was not reflected on the paper. It did say plus additional applicable taxes. I would like to see Best Western revise the form and provide a copy of the transaction for my record. Thank you.

All the lamps and lighting is super bright. Little harsh on the eyes. Great breakfast options in the morning from 6am to 10am.

Great Best Western! The king room with sofa bed was quite spacious! We were pleasantly surprised. Hot breakfast with quite a few options. We enjoyed having our room once again made up each day. The pool was a little on the cold side.

Beds were super comfy. The king suite is a big room. Rooms and hotel was clean. Close to everything you need.

While the pandemic experience leaves room cleaning to be desired, the hotel and staff were great. The hot tub was hot, the pool was heated, and the fitness room was adequate. Staff still provided breakfast, and were quick to accommodate pool towels when needed. The beds were a little stiff for my liking, so I was ready to be in my own again after five nights. Location was great for my training, with plenty of good places to eat at within 5 minutes, along with coffee and burritos right across the street. I'd stay here happily in the future.

Friends from out of town stayed here. They liked the breakfast. Fred loved the biscuits and gravy. He mentioned them several times. I live close by and think I should give them a try.

The location was great; however, the bathroom was dirty in particular the toilet. The elevator looked very dirty as well.

idk why it's making me add a while new review but it was a nice stay, the only issue is after being told there was expired sour cream and other condiments the hotel staff removed them only to have them reappear the next morning :/ makes me leery about the freshness of the other offerings was the breakfast too good to be true? as a reply to the manager for check the sour cream, tell me it didnt expire a week ago +

We travel alot for work and this one had the best breakfast and the best hot showers the kind of bed that puts you to sleep and makes you forget where you were in the morning. Really great hotel. The breakfast was awesome too. The pool is indoors and really clean. We had a blast

No maid service the entire 4 day stay. They didn’t even empty the trash cans left in the hall. Laundry takes quarters and they have no change. Wanted to pay cash for a drink at desk store but it was double charged to the room. Bathroom is so small the door can barely clear the toilet to close. Every night a different amount was charged to my credit card.

Very pleased with the pool. The hot tub jets were not as strong as expected but still relaxing. Great breakfast and excellent service during breakfast time. Plenty of options. So close to local attractions that we thoroughly recommend. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in the queen suite. The room is spacious and was clean and quiet. The only complaint was the fridge was warm and we had to move a big entertainment center to plug it in. Some of our food was ruined. The prices are also a bit high. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay in a nice area.

This hotel was great! We rented a room for my niece's birthday so she could have a sleepover pool party with all her friends. The staff we're all so nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. We all had so much fun! Plus they had no issues with us having our service dog as well!
