Love home goods.. very very good selection of products and very reasonably priced ! Love going here once in a while and pick stuff for my house .. easy return policies too . Very friendly customer service .. overall a very good place for home needs .

My mother liked a $70 comforter. It was the only one so we went to pay to the register. The cashier scanned and then without telling us why she went to talk to another employee. She came back and told us that's no the correct price for the item. She said the manager is looking for the price. I said that's the only price we saw. Then she said that's how people steal. I felt like she accused us of changing the price. The other employee came back with a ticket for $80. It was $10 more. I said that's the only ticket there and if someone changed the price, it wasn't us. She continued arguing with me that their employees didn't put the price wrong. I told her that her employee implied that we probably did. I have the credit card. I get $10 to $20 in coupons just for the amount of money I spend on these stores evety month and I get insulted by the store assistant manager because I had the bad luck to pick up a comforter that someone attached the wrong ticket for $10 less. These people have no commun sense. If someone wants to cheat on $80 item, they probably will attach a $30 price, no a $70. Be careful people if you buy there. Make you check the tickets before you buy so you don't get accuse of trying to steal.

Not the clean feel it used to be plus every Santa is tacky looking. The products are extremely questionable in value. Sweat shops? They also no longer carry Starbucks coffee or they've been out of it.

Horrible costumer service by the gentleman store manager! I bought a dog bed and when I reached home I red the care label to find out that is not washable so I decided to return it. The fallowing day I went back to return it. The item had the price tag attached and I had the original recipe. The store manager try all kind of excuses not to take the item back. He got to the point claiming that my dog slept on that dog bed which was I made up by him. For his knowledge I own a poodle and if he will do some research will find out that “Poodles do not have an odor “. He made my feel embarrassed in front of other costumers which was totally unjustified, baseless and very unprofessional. Wandering how he got to be the store manager with this kind of unprofessional ,low class, horrible costumer service. I do not plan to go back to this store and I will continue to share my experience to others.

In and out prices is reasonable. Line always moves fairly quick. Easy to navigate through the store and someone is always there to greet and help you. Great finds for your home and good decor for a decent price. Pillows to vases . Check it out for yourself if you haven't been to home goods. Good for all ages and rooms in your house!

Very beautiful store elegant staff very fear price

I usually come here in the morning with my son. Came one afternoon and the customer service was not good at all. My son grabbed a ballon that had i guess gotten free from a section. One of the managers came up to me and was rude about it. I guess he doesn’t have kids. No one smiles no one greets you or offers help. Do not recommend going here.
