I absolutely love going to this department store since it’s not so crowded like other ones. There are so much selection in general and absolutely delightful savings everywhere! Of course the plus side is the store is dog friendly ! Bhazi approves !

First time visiting Boscov’s, I was a bit confused about it’s marketing position. However, there are various items in this large store, covering a wide range of level and price.

The price and quality of merchandise made the trip pleasing. Also, a plus is the ten percent military discount. Unfortunately the computer was down and I wasn't able to take advantage of it. But the accommodating sales person provided with the use of a store coupon.

I loved Boscov's Store. It was full of wonderful items and a lot of sales as well. The store had 2 floors. Very clean and organized. A wonderful department store with lots of parking!!! Had an escalator too.

Every time I'm in the store, there are never any registers open. If there are 2 in the whole store open, it's a miracle. Also, NOT ALL, but most of the salespeople are rude and not friendly. I said to one, "Excuse me, can you help me?" She said,"I guess. " Another time, a salesperson asked how I got a coupon without Boscov's credit card and tried to confiscate my coupon, said I couldn't use it, so she was taking it! What? The salespeople need to be trained in customer service skills because from what I have seen on numerous occasions, they have none! Sad, I kinda like the store but not going back to this one! Hopefully, they are not all the same!

They have everything you ever needed from clothes to furniture to decor. The prices are low and the merchandise is well made. If you like Kmart its just like it but way better.

The women in the curtains and blinds section was absolutely rude for no reason. We hadn’t even approached her before she hit us with a rude sarcastic attitude. Why am I coming to a department store to spend a ridiculous amount of money on items just for the cashier VERA to give you the worst attitude imaginable. I absolutely will not be back to shop here.
