!!ATTENTION PLEASE !!The food is ok but please listen and this McDonald ROBS you. When you are paying the cashiers automatically press the donation button that round your total up and then they rip the part of the receipt that says you donated off so that the customers don’t see that their total went up and they received less money back. If you pay with a card it’s the same concept but more money will be taken off your card instead of the regular total. Please pay attention to your receipt and change because they will not ask you if you want to donate they will automatically press the donation button. And don’t blame the cashiers it’s the managers that make them do it . Also if you try to confront them the manager will say that it was an issue with the computer

Their price is rip-off. A BigMac meal is asking for $13 which a double than in Manhattan. Be aware before you go there, you will have not much choice.

I treated myself to some Mickey D's since I hadn't bought junk food in like a month. However, Grandma Moses was my cashier and she also was my chef as my order took a while to come out.

Food was okay. But very pricy. You are 1.5 hours from Manhattan, NY but they still charge you the same price in Manhattan. Service was bad, no smile, no greeting, no ketchup, no sauce for your chicken McNuggets. Oh also, NO REFILLS for drinks! And you are still paying a premium because it is considered as a tourist attraction.

“Didn’t receive” my mobile order. Placed an order in person, they screwed it up and left items off. Prices marked up SIGNIFICANTLY over other McDonalds, refuses to serve tap water (bottled only), no meals - it’s an a la carte McDonald’s. Are you kidding me?

Unsalted fries, lack of sauce on burgers and way too chaotic pick up. Most importantly, they charge nearly 50% more than regular McDonald’s. Can you believe a McChicken costs $5.50

9/10 times, the fries are stale or old. MAKE. FRESH. FRIES. To be paying like $5 for mediocre fries is insanity and I’m tired of it.

Cold burger and rude and dump staff... McDonald's should change the vendor or cancel the franchise.. its not worth eating here...

I get it’s McDonald’s, but the customer service here is atrocious. Some guy at the counter constantly screamed at us and snapped his fingers at us the entire time. We were asking other people in our party what they wanted, there’s no reason to be rude. If you’re so miserable working at a McDonald’s, just quit.
