Got
a
cleaning
done
here
and
the
lady
who
did
this
was
very
nice
and
everything
went
fine.
The
orthodontist
I
met
here
also
seemed
like
he
knew
what
he
was
doing.
It
was
recommended
by
them
that
I
get
braces
to
fix
my
crooked
teeth
as
well
as
to
have
a
baby
tooth
I
still
had
extracted
to
have
the
adult
pulled
down
(I
am
27).
I
ended
up
moving
and
going
through
another
orthodontist.
In
order
to
get
the
extraction
process
done,
my
insurance
requires
a
referral
from
my
primary
care
dentist,
which
was
set
to
Smile-a-bit.
They
basically
refused
to
complete
the
1
page
referral
form
for
me
because
I
didn't
end
up
doing
my
orthodontic
work
through
them
and
I
assume
they
were
upset
by
that.
They
gave
various
excuses
(
such
as
the
doctors
not
writing
down
the
fact
that
they
literally
recommended
me
to
get
braces
and
the
baby
tooth
extracted)
as
to
why
they
could
not
complete
the
1
page
simple
form
so
that
I
got
get
my
baby
tooth
extracted-not
some
complex
dental
procedure.
I
ended
up
calling
my
previous
dentist
who
I
worked
with
before
switching
to
Smile-a-bit
because
they
were
closer
to
me.
A
2
minute
phone
call
and
they
were
more
than
willing
to
complete
the
form
for
me
for
the
referral
so
I
could
get
this
done,
and
they
haven't
even
seen
me
within
the
past
6
months.
I
would
not
recommend
this
dental
facility
to
anyone
as
they
have
proven
to
be
highly
unprofessional
with
regards
to
simple
protocols
and
insurance
forms.
