Had a cleaning scheduled for my son today and confirmed it last Friday. Got there at 10am (our appointment time) and was told the hygienist called out. They opened at 8 we drove an hour and I sign in and am told this!!! I was told we could be seen tomorrow and I said my son isn’t missing school for a cleaning as he has mid-terms. No apology, complete waste of time and gas. Every time you are seen they find a cavity or worse as close to a butcher shop as you can get. No professionalism, has a high turn over of staff and dentist is never the same. Go elsewhere!

This my first time here and I am very impressed... dentist was great with kids!! And the place is clean and good for kids!! And PBA very friendly!!

Got a cleaning done here and the lady who did this was very nice and everything went fine. The orthodontist I met here also seemed like he knew what he was doing. It was recommended by them that I get braces to fix my crooked teeth as well as to have a baby tooth I still had extracted to have the adult pulled down (I am 27). I ended up moving and going through another orthodontist. In order to get the extraction process done, my insurance requires a referral from my primary care dentist, which was set to Smile-a-bit. They basically refused to complete the 1 page referral form for me because I didn't end up doing my orthodontic work through them and I assume they were upset by that. They gave various excuses ( such as the doctors not writing down the fact that they literally recommended me to get braces and the baby tooth extracted) as to why they could not complete the 1 page simple form so that I got get my baby tooth extracted-not some complex dental procedure. I ended up calling my previous dentist who I worked with before switching to Smile-a-bit because they were closer to me. A 2 minute phone call and they were more than willing to complete the form for me for the referral so I could get this done, and they haven't even seen me within the past 6 months. I would not recommend this dental facility to anyone as they have proven to be highly unprofessional with regards to simple protocols and insurance forms.

This place went above and beyond as new patients for my daughter. She chipped her front tooth practically in half and I called in an emergency as a dentist that was listed in my area that took our coverage. They took her in right away. The office staff was so helpful and accommodating. Dr Diamond eased my daughters worries and within 2 weeks she had a needed root canal and a temporary crown installed that looks so natural and her fears of starting back to school with a chipped front tooth were gone. I can't say more positive things about this office and staff. We are faithful clients now. I recommend their services to anyone.

Dr. Lee is a Brilliant Dentist. She is so current and relevant about Dental Medicine. And Natalia the Dental Hygienist is absolutely the most careful and professional technician I have even known. My dental health has improved 100 percent since being in their care!

Natalie is my dental hygienist at this practice and she has always been a wonderfully kind and caring person. For over about 5 years of my visiting this dental location Ive felt that Natalie has genuinely embraced her profession with unrivaled integrity and that she has pretty much looked out for me like I was family! More recently I have truly come to appreciate the professionalism & skill of the other practitioners there such as Drs Lee & Shin who I’ll normally see whenever a consult or procedure is necessary. The front desk receptionists are also all very pleasant, patient, knowledgable and supportive folks as well therefore I’ve got nothing but the highest praise for this dental practice! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽❤️🥰👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, beware. They want 48 hours notice. I gave them 24 hours notice but that wasn’t good enough. They charge you $50. So my $5 appt ended up costing me $50 for a non appt. I’m disabled and on a fixed income. I also had something come up that prevented me from keeping my appt. Ridiculous!

Natalya is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. I trust in her judgement and expertise!
