Absolutely awful customer service. I was trying to get a pregnancy test for my girlfriend and asked an associate to assist me getting the case unlocked as politely as I could. She struggled and wasn’t able to get it unlocked which is totally fine but, when she asked another person to help who happened to be in plain clothes attire which i found strange but, he’s probably AP lol. Whatever, He could not get it unlocked either. The first associate who attempted to help me asked me to follow her as we looked for another person to assist getting the case unlocked. Furthermore, I didn’t wanna follow her around the entire store and assumed she would be back within a reasonable amount of time with another employee who could help me. I was terribly wrong and, actually waited patiently for around 10-15 minutes and walked around the personal care department looking for an employee but, was unable to find one and was left stranded with no help after once having two employees i presume trying to assist me. I pressed the “Help” button at least 10 times to get help because I was terribly frustrated with the lack of assistance. To no avail, I said screw it and left. Hopped in my car and went to Target where they aren’t even locked up. This is disgusting representation of a multi-billion dollar corporation. I understand these people are Human and and, have responsibilities to fulfill within their roles but, guests in your store appreciate having associates who enhance their experience spending their hard-earned dollars. Simply, don't shop here if you care about being treated like you exist.

This store is poorly run. The customer service area closes at 8:00pm and this is not listed anywhere on the Walmart website. The employees say that they’ve asked for this to be added. While I was there, four more people came up and were turned away. Last, the general manager does not even have their name and number listed at the entrance like other stores. Poor service and store management.

The person who treated us badly today, December 2, 2023, is poorly educated. I want you to check the cameras at 4:30 pm. If it was true that we disrespected him. We told him that we were coming to do money gram. The person's name was the manager Anita, and she couldn't do anything either. lack of respect treats people badly I'm going to take my claim to Walmart corporation. did not have the name on his walmart id card visible with his name. He treats those named English badly, he has no patience, lack of education.

The Auto Center is a mess. It took them 90 minutes to do my oil change and in that time they lost 2 customers' tires/orders. It was chaos and disorganized. I will pay more to go elsewhere. I am disgusted at how poorly run it is. I would recommend going anywhere but here

Worst location in such a great area . This lady works at the "customer service" department but shows no signs of customer service texting on her phone while dealing with my money to the point where I had to call Western Union to have them reverify my transaction because she locked the secured funds by messing up the code because she was too busy replying to a text on her phone placed under the register screen.

An item that is $12 online is $19.50 in store. Instead of price matching, they make you order online so they can have an employee go find the item and then hand deliver to your car. I love being treated like a princess, but this is the same outcome with extra steps and cost to Walmart. Terrible experience.

I recently visited a Walmart store and I was impressed by the wide selection of products available. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, making my shopping experience enjoyable. The prices were also very reasonable, and I was able to find everything I was looking for without breaking the bank. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their assistance when I needed it. Overall, I had a positive experience shopping at Walmart and would definitely recommend it to others.

I stopped by yesterday with my 3 year old for some whole grain Mac and cheese, not only were they completely out of stock but I also stopped by the Mac up aisle to look for eyebrow razors. Apon walking into the aisle, I was rudely asked by the employee if I needed anything behind the locked door. I explained I have no idea I havnt even looked yet. She asked an additional 3 times before I could even get around her to see if the product I wanted was instock. I felt like she was judging me for wearing a backpack. I have a toddler of course I have a backpack. Regardless I will never be back. I continue to shop at target where they trust their customers and don’t rush them.
