Absolutely
awful
customer
service.
I
was
trying
to
get
a
pregnancy
test
for
my
girlfriend
and
asked
an
associate
to
assist
me
getting
the
case
unlocked
as
politely
as
I
could.
She
struggled
and
wasn’t
able
to
get
it
unlocked
which
is
totally
fine
but,
when
she
asked
another
person
to
help
who
happened
to
be
in
plain
clothes
attire
which
i
found
strange
but,
he’s
probably
AP
lol.
Whatever,
He
could
not
get
it
unlocked
either.
The
first
associate
who
attempted
to
help
me
asked
me
to
follow
her
as
we
looked
for
another
person
to
assist
getting
the
case
unlocked.
Furthermore,
I
didn’t
wanna
follow
her
around
the
entire
store
and
assumed
she
would
be
back
within
a
reasonable
amount
of
time
with
another
employee
who
could
help
me.
I
was
terribly
wrong
and,
actually
waited
patiently
for
around
10-15
minutes
and
walked
around
the
personal
care
department
looking
for
an
employee
but,
was
unable
to
find
one
and
was
left
stranded
with
no
help
after
once
having
two
employees
i
presume
trying
to
assist
me.
I
pressed
the
“Help”
button
at
least
10
times
to
get
help
because
I
was
terribly
frustrated
with
the
lack
of
assistance.
To
no
avail,
I
said
screw
it
and
left.
Hopped
in
my
car
and
went
to
Target
where
they
aren’t
even
locked
up.
This
is
disgusting
representation
of
a
multi-billion
dollar
corporation.
I
understand
these
people
are
Human
and
and,
have
responsibilities
to
fulfill
within
their
roles
but,
guests
in
your
store
appreciate
having
associates
who
enhance
their
experience
spending
their
hard-earned
dollars.
Simply,
don't
shop
here
if
you
care
about
being
treated
like
you
exist.
