Orville Commons took my application money...strung me along for a month while I lived in a hotel. Called and asked if they could refund my fees and they said no. I applied at another building and was approved within hours. I'm moving in tomorrow. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH ORVILLE COMMONS.

There is a giant mechanical closet inside each and every bedroom! Right where you lay your head to rest at night!! Who puts an electric closet right next to residents heads? This will absolutely FRY your brains and cause radioactive ions to create cancer cells in residents. Electro magnetic frequencies will be pouring out of this box into your home and the last place this unit should be is NEXT to your bed. This is some kind of "smart home" where your every move is watched and your every word is listened to and everything is hooked up to an electric grid even the way you unlock your door can be hacked and tampered with ~Terrible, it's a hard NO for me and God speed to all that sign up to live here! (There is also a secondary electrical panel in the bedroom on the opposite wall, AND a circuit breaker box too. All 3 different electric panels in your bedroom! If you end up living here a year and start feeling crabby, tired and sick all the time, keep my review in mind.) UPDATE: At the main office entrance there are TONS of UNFINISHED construction. They didn't put concrete in-between the bricks in many areas and you can see the copper sticking out. Eventually this will get wet , rot, and cause a lot of issues.... You can't open your windows all the way, they call this a "safety feature" I'm a grown adult I should be able to decide if I want to open my windows all the way. No fresh air is a safety feature on what planet? A child DIED at their pond , where are the safety features there? We can drown in ponds we just aren't allowed to breathe fresh air...crazy

Moved in here on August 11th and was nice at first but now I would give zero stars if I could, first forget contacting management for any help with neighbors that stay up till 3am pounding and stomping above you and since I work the hours the office is open I have to send emails and leave voicemails so if you love feeling like a prisoner in your own home go for it, then don’t even count on the fact that I pay for garage parking I parked in the garage and then couldn’t even get in the door to the elevator because it was broken. If you are a hard working mom just trying to live your life choose some place else.

I really love this place already this a nice area to raise your kids I’m loving it.

I've been trying to contact management for almost a month now. I was sent an email of availability, and I had a few questions before submitting my application, and I can not get a return phone call for nothing. I've left messages, and my husband has left messages and nothing. After reading some of the reviews, I'm at a loss. I don't live anywhere near Woodbury, so it's not like I can easily just go there and see if someone may be in the office I could speak with. I'm now more than an hour away. It would be a waste of time to go there and still not be able to speak with anyone. Really to bad, too, because my grandkids are right down the street from there. I guess I'll just have to keep looking.

Leasing office employees are very nice. Maintenance is on point .The community is very diverse which is great. I don't feel they should charge as much if at all for garage parking and storage, however that is the company in whole, that would be my only complaint but I do love everything else.

My apartment is lovely, and the management team are wonderful. They do their best to address any issue that arises. The amenities here are wonderful, and I'm thankful to have them. That being said, I feel like Orville may have a problem that will be near impossible to control; I'm speaking of the smokers. They(smokers), have a total disregard for rules layed out in the lease, which tarnishs the enjoyment of living here for everyone else. The smell of weed is a common occurrence in the hallway, stairwell, and elevator. I can tell either my upstairs or downstairs neighbors smoke, because I can smell it in my own apartment. Not looking forward to warmer weather, I'm afraid sitting on my balcony will not be the enjoyable experience it should be. Again, a problem that may be too big to fix.

Very nice apartments! I have enjoyed living here so far. Front office and management are very friendly and answer all the questions I’ve had. Overall it’s a great place to live at.
