I had a tooth extraction last week by Dr Johnson. The staff was fantastic and answered all my questions prior to the procedure. Once the numbing agents took affect Dr Johnson performed the extraction very quickly. Would highly recommend him to my friends and family

Overall I thought my procedure went very well. They were very professional and the work they did for me, my daughter and my son (previously) went as planned and easier than expected. I was surprised each time how quickly the recovery went but it was never inappropriately fast. Everything from the IV insertion to the aftercare instructions was well thought-out and easy to follow. When I had questions prior to the procedure, it sometimes took a little while to get the right person on the phone. But it wasn’t a big barrier.

Had my wisdom teeth (2 uppers, 1 lower coronectomy) removed by Dr Ackerman and staff recently. Great support staff - very kind and caring. Dr Ackerman is a professional in all aspects of the job - great bedside manner, explained things well and most importantly, did a great job on the removal. Minimal discomfort by day 5. I hope I never need his care again but if so, I know where I’m going!

The best dental experience I have ever had! The staff is so friendly and informative. The before care, the expert care during the procedure and the detailed after care was amazing. My pain control and post op care was the best. I would 100% recommend True North!

I am so grateful for the treatment I received at True North. I had an abscessed tooth that needed to be removed ASAP. I called them, desperately in pain, on a Friday hoping they could squeeze me in same day. Despite being booked solid they were able to find a way to fit me in. I arrived for the appointment in so much pain and the entire staff was extremely compassionate, reassuring that they would help me. They did everything thing possible to make me feel comfortable. They really went above and beyond. The procedure was quick and painless and suddenly the most horrible pain I had ever felt in my life was just GONE! The word relief doesn't even come close to describing that feeling. I cannot thank them enough for fitting me into their full schedule!!
