If
i
could
put
NO
STARS,
I
booked
a
hotel
Saturday
Oct.
28th,
2023.
We
ended
up
not
staying
at
this
hotel
due
to
waiting
for
20
-30
min
in
the
lobby
with
no
front
desk
attendee.
As
we
waited,
there
were
also
cops
stopped
up
front,
the
cops
tried
to
find
anyone
possible
that
worked
there
and
even
knocked
on
the
door
to
the
front
desk
but
no
one
responded.
We
were
not
satisfied
with
the
service
and
possible
safety
and
decided
to
book
another
hotel
close
by.
Within
30
min
to
1
hr
I
called
to
cancel
the
trip
with
PRICE
LINE
and
they
were
not
able
to
help
me.
I
would
have
been
ok
to
pay
for
at
least
the
first
night
due
to
cancelation
policy
but
extended
stay
would
not
approve
the
refund.
Price
line
said
the
front
desk
staff
said
I
was
lying
and
they
refused
to
cancel
the
stay
,
MOST
UNPROFESSINAL
response
ever.
I
also
have
a
family
member
who
booked
the
same
night
and
time
so
same
case,
but
they
were
refunded
their
stay
already.
I
told
PRICE
LINE
IT'S
THE
SAME
CASE
AND
i
HAVE
THE
TRIP
NUMBER.
I'm
not
one
to
judge
harshly
but
this
is
the
worst
experience
I've
ever
had
with
a
hotel,
I
would
have
gladly
stayed
but
no
one
checked
us
in
even
though
the
hotel
was
open.
NO
FRONT
DESK
ATTENDEE
FOR
AT
LEAST
30
MIN,
cops
even
showed
up
and
couldnt
find
any
staff
to
isist
them
or
us.
Ive
called
price
line
2x
more
times
and
they
proceeded
to
tell
me
they
cannot
get
ahold
of
anyone
from
this
hotel
and
cannot
cancel
or
refund
the
trip
because
EXTENDED
STAY
WOULD
NOT
APPROVE
IT
.
I
understand
if
I
did
not
show
up
but
I
did,
and
I
wAS
EVEN
willing
to
pay
for
at
least
1
night
even
though
extended
stay
messed
up.
I
would
prefer
not
to
go
through
hoops
and
loops
but
what
can
you
do
when
no
one
is
up
front
the
check
you
in?
I
have
yet
been
able
to
get
a
hold
of
anyone
from
extended
stay
regarding
this
situation.
