We
moved
to
the
area
shortly
before
Covid,
and
we
loved
getting
quick
delivery
from
this
location
and
ordered
almost
every
other
week
for
months.
I
went
to
order
about
6
weeks
ago
and
the
app
says
it
won’t
deliver
to
our
address
anymore.
I
haven’t
been
able
to
get
a
reply
from
corporate,
so
I
called
the
location.
Apparently
the
delivery
map
was
recently
redrawn
to
exclude
our
neighborhood.
The
person
I
spoke
with
seemed
sympathetic
at
first
(offered
a
one-time
delivery)
and
then
got
oddly
annoyed
when
I
said
that
while
I
appreciate
that
offer,
losing
the
delivery
going
forward
would
mean
a
losing
a
customer.
Then
he
hung
up
on
me.
I’m
extremely
disappointed
in
how
this
whole
thing
was
handled,
and
even
more
that
I
lost
a
nice
food
option
with
quick
delivery.
If
I
have
to
figure
out
childcare
for
my
unvaccinated
child
to
do
an
in-store
pick-up
and
then
drive
there,
I’m
not
going
to
go
to
a
place
that
should
deliver
to
me.
But
I
guess
Jimmy
John’s
doesn’t
really
care
about
that.
