I feel like I'm being Punk'd. How do you not notice a giant Bumblebee when you're making a sandwich? I don't know man, I won't be ordering from this place anymore after this. Y'all check your food.

The soup is one of my favorite choices here at Panera and it is so good. I enjoy the selection from the many sandwiches and soups to the pastries. There is always something to suit my mood. They halve Pepsi products as well as a selection of teas and coffees.

By far the worst Panera bread around, they consistently screw up orders. The employees are clearly not trained to read the ticket in front of them when making an order. I have been given things I didn't want or order, they have forgotten things on multiple occasions, you charge top dollar for your food and you need to train these franchise owners better, also maybe train them how to assemble your $15 dollar sandwiches so they don't look like a sloppy mess and have the correct ingredients.

I generally wont write a bad review about a place unless I’ve had several bad experiences. The last THREE times I’ve been here I’ve ordered two bagels ahead of time for pick up. They mark the order as ready for pickup, and when I get there it’s not ready. I tell the pick up counter and they tell me it’s up front and that I have to go stand in line for it. By the time I get to the front of the line, they tell me they don’t have one of the bagels and offer a substitute, at which point I ask that they check the drive thru section, which has had the bagel every time. Just frustrating, at this point I’ll go out of my way to go to a different Panera

The food is delicious. We had a Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with chicken. The atmosphere is always relaxing and safe. I would say most Panera Bread facilities, including this one, is a bit chilly when you eat inside.

Bagel place with no bagels to sell. Out of 8 different flavors they had only 2 flavors to sell at 8:40am. When I asked sales person what time will they have more variety to sell she said they will not have anymore today. Very disappointing. I revisited this location in August and guess what...they actually had bagels but they were about 1/3 smaller than usual, barely any toppings and hard like a brick. I don't think I'll be coming back. Super disappointed.

most worst bagel I ever had was stale upon reciving got back to work only find out the bagel was in edible ended up tossing it😱 due to being extra rock hard😣😖🤮
