The staff was very nice , but I felt that the doctor did not listen to me at all. I told him my symptoms and then he told me that he wasn’t going to give me anything because what I had was viral and for me to take Motrin. Two days later I ended back in other urgent care and they told me that I had an upper respiratory infection and was given a steroid shot and other medication to help. I was very disappointed in the care I received there and will not be go back.

This urgent care is the best one around! My family and I have had only good experiences here and I recommend it to everyone. We saw Dr. Kelly and he was very thorough, kind and caring, as was the entire staff.

Waited 2 hours just about to the minute, which I feel is excessive especially with a UTI. Once I was called and put into a room things went quickly and everyone was nice and efficient.

Everybody was kind and courteous with fast service. The x-ray technician was kind and courteous seeing that I had a cane held the door open for me and went to the front door and held it open for me. Very kind and thoughtful service. The world would be a much better place of everybody was like that.

I highly recommend this Beaumont urgent care. Not a long wait at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young lady I forgot her name that brought me back was very sweet and caring. She showed concerned about my foot before I found out is broken. Then the Physician assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took her time and wasn't in a hurry to get out the door when I was asking questions. The young ladies upfront were very nice and helpful. If I need to go to urgent care or my grandkids this is the place I go to.

The NP was good. My concern is the wait. When I arrived, there was only one person in the waiting room. She left and I was still waiting. Another person came in with an emergent situation. He was taken back quickly, which was appropriate. I guess my concern is why only one person is taken back at a time. If I was taken back while the other patient was still back there, I would have been seen and discharged before the emergent situation occurred. The NP only spent less than 10 minutes with me. Again appropriate.

I immediately knew that I was going to be taken care of. The staff was very concerned and helpful. The Doctor saw me within 5 minutes of arriving. This is my go when I have need of urgent care because I know they are capable of doing x-rays and are quicker than emergency room.

Always a quick and compassionate visit. Privacy and respect are well maintained. There’s many other urgent cares closer to me but I choose to go to the woodhaven location, as I know it will be a positive experience.
