DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY!!!!!! i made the mistake of giving them a secound chance Staff constantly makes mistakes sent my wife's prescription to the wrong pharmacy because they don't take there time i looked passed that but when i go there with my sick son it takes them over 3 hours to send his prescription to the point i have to drive up there and make them hand write it so that i can make it to the pharmacy before they close seems like a big money grab unorganized the manager there is completely rude lies and tells me it was sent 20 min after I left when I clearly waited over a hour to pick it up and I call them and the office girl tells me that the doctor hadn't sent it over yet I called while I was at the pharmacy then got told they would fax it would only take 5 minutes so after 25 minutes I just drove up there and made them hand write it so who's lieng I believe her name was Nichole I wouldn't send my worst enemy here they try to act like they do no wrong when they are lazy and incompetent the place is really unsanitary if you look around in there waiting room and in there rooms you will find trash and random liquids on floor on seats they don't clean in-between patience

I took my 1 year old here for severe flu like symptoms. They didn’t check her ears and barely listened to her heart or lungs. They were very casual about my sick baby and told me she looked fine, when clearly she didn’t. I sat and waited for an hour and the doctor didn’t come back in to give us test results. I had to ask the staff that was standing in the hall giggling about nothing. They said oh yeah you are all set. I had to take her to the ER later that night because she couldn’t breathe. Turns out she had an ear infection. Don’t waste your time here, it’s a joke!

I've never had a better experience at an Urgent Care. The staff were knowledgeable and and made me feel cared for. Amanda and Dr. Walker deserve a shout-out for their excellent care!

The staff is always so friendly, but after coming the past two times and waiting for quite a while i don’t think i’ll be returning. I do understand how there could’ve been people in front of me but i should’ve been given a wait time so i could know how long i’ll be sitting there for. The second to last time i came here i waited close to two and half hours and was there for four, and the most recent time i waited 45 mins.. not too bad but after the experience beforehand i don’t think ill be back. The doctor was also reading my file and it had been put on my chart that i was allergic to something that i had never been allergic to, or told them that i was allergic too. Seems very unprofessional and it was not a good experience for me.

We always prefer to go here rather than our actual Primary Care Pysician. Dr. M as well as the other doctors are great. They listen, follow through with sending prescription over, return calls and cover everything is We aren't feeling well. At our primary South Valley they never answer, when you get through its hard to get a script over and they don't respond when cvs tries to request a refill. Here at Get Well they are very responsive!

If you would like to go to an Urgent Care who commits insurance fraud then this is the place to go! I went there because I hurt my foot, they told me I needed a walking boot but insurance didn’t cover it so it would cost $75. Which no problem, receive my EOB from my insurance and they charged my insurance $312 for the walking boot?? Yeah that’s not shady at all .. double dipping 👍

I went in with my sick son right before closing. The doctor and MAs were absolutely wonderful. The doctor was very caring, patient and took her time with my son. She listened to all of my concerns and immediately came up with a care plan for my little one. As a worried mother she was very reassuring that he would be ok. I'm so happy I went here because they truly take care of their patients. The MAs and doctor worked so well as a team and were extremely friendly and understanding giving that it was way past closing time. I'm truly thankful there are some compassionate healthcare workers out there with hearts like theirs. If I ever had to go back to any urgent cares without a doubt it would be there. If I could rate more than five stars I would! Completely satisfied and blow away with the care my son received tonight. Thank you so much to this team of wonderful Ladies!

After years of dealing with doctors from the big hospital groups, never being listened to and always having difficulties with scheduling, communication and billing issues, I found the Get Well Clinic. These people are amazing. You can always see them, they care and listen to you. They were also amazing with myself and my senior parents when we all had Covid at the same time. I would never go anywhere else for a service that they provide.

Took my son here this evening after he has been sick with some sort of respiratory illness. From the receptionist at the front desk, to the medical assistant who I believe is named Amanda, and the nurse practitioner who was extremely thorough the staff at this urgent care is by far the best. The wait was virtually non-existent. Level of care was top notch. Being treated by a friendly and knowledgeable medical staff who are exceptional at active listening and also asking the right questions shows just how much they take the well-being of their patients and making an accurate diagnosis. I know with everything going around right now, the staff has been extremely busy and seen some long days. Even though we went in less than an hour before closing, the staff was extremely upbeat and friendly. It's apparent that not only do the staff take pride in, but also enjoy their work. We will be absolutely be back for any urgent care needs in the future.

After having unpleasant experiences at several urgent cares AND regular Dr offices, I am so glad to have found Dr. Walker and this urgent care. She is very, thorough, knows her stuff, is compassionate and great bedside manner. I prefer to go here versus any other Dr. I have had the experience of seeing or working with in my 20 years as a nurse and I think that says a lot. Well worth any wait time to be treated with such care, respect, and compassion. A+ for Dr. Walker and the staff!
