I LOVE this location and I have been to many Massage Envy in my area as well as when I travel to different states. This location is a GEM! Clean, professional and so many talented therapists. You can tell that the owner truly cares about her staff based on the overall energy of this location, from being greeted at the front desk by helpful professional to the therapist liking their job and work environment. I have seen many talented therapist at this location , but recently I had the pleasure of being on Meagan’s table . WOW just WOW she is in tune with your body and needs upon entering the room, she is beyond SPECTACULAR .I am truly grateful that I have this team of amazing therapist and staff that care about my needs in my own community . Halima was amazing! I had a massage with her, and she was caring, thorough, and respectful of boundaries. Everything was really clean and calming and I left feeling so relaxed.

Stephen is incredible at finding and resolving issues you didn’t realize you had…almost miraculous! He is so good that I have now decided that whenever I am in town I will see him (I am visiting Woodinville from California.) The entire staff goes out of their way to be sure your needs are met.

Made my appointment for a chemical peel. When confirming the appointment I mentioned how I was worried about peeling. I was told I could discuss my concerns during my consultation. When I got back to the room the lady said I was booked for a custom facial and there is no consultation. I said that's not what I wanted I wanted a chemical peel. She said because she didn't know my skin I would need to do the facial basically to establish care. Then I could book a chemical peel at my second visit. When I got to the front it was made to seem like it was my topical ointment that's why I couldn't get my chemical peel. If this was the case the original person who scheduled me should have told me. Either way didn't get what I wanted and felt like crying

Honestly, this was the worst Massage I’ve ever had I would never again use her. In fact, my husband and I are canceling our membership to massage envy after 20 years. I couldn’t wait to get out of the room. If you’d like to call me and discuss this further that would be fine. .

The Woodinville Massage Envy is top notch. Always professional and attentive. I have been a member since 2010 and I am truly happy with the all around service I receive.

Armador is one of their best therapists and always will focus on what my body needs during each session. He is great! And the Front desk staff at ME Woodinville is super helpful making appointments.

Was gifted a massage by my husband for my birthday and Massage Envy and I was very happy with the service received! Selena was very kind, accommodating, and a wonderful presence to be around. We had a great conversation and she gave me some good tips about relieving jaw tension as well as how to live in “rest and digest” rather than “fight of flight”. I would definitely come back here if only for Selena! My initial appointment was cancelled due to my masseuse calling out sick and this is one of the rare occasions where I was really happy about it! Very happy to have met Selena and get my massage done by her! Angela is great! I saw her for my first chemical facial and it went well and my skin is glowing! She is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of tips and I felt comfortable with the whole process.

The front desk and Megan were so patient and informative about what needed to be done to help my TMJ and very tight muscles. I was unlocked and felt great. ..have 2 more visits before a road trip.
