    The place has gone down hill. Full of carton boxes 📦 on the seats. It is noticeable disorganized. Food in buffet containers are dry and chicken cubes are mostly burnt. If it looks bad where we can see, I figure how it looks where we can't see. The owner should improve the overall conditions of the restaurant. Please is dirty and Manager is not willing to improve.

    Our experience: Of all the restaurants we could have chosen on Cinco de Mayo, we chose this one. BIG MISTAKE. When we went in, a young “Gen X” man was at the counter and about 4 others stood around him doing…whatever they were doing 🤷🏻‍♀️. We were the only customers except for a man who was already seated and eating alone. I nicely told him I would need a second, that I hadn’t been there before. (I didn’t know the menu.) He acted completely put out. I suggested my husband go ahead of me as he knew the menu and what he wanted. I asked 2 quick questions and was rudely responded to. My husband whispered me that he had a bad attitude. I was next so I told him what I wanted. He very rudely started slopping the ingredient onto a large tortilla and snapped at me that I couldn’t add or remove anything from my quesadilla (although he had to create it step by step anyway, I hadn’t asked him to alter a thing). We were literally there less than 2 minutes and he kept sighing, rolling his head back and to the side in impatience…I told him nevermind, I didn’t want anything, he didn’t need to be so rude. I told him my husband had also commented on the way he was treated and that he needed to just slow the hell down and quit being so rude. ****SUDDENLY ALL EYES WERE ON ME**** One of the staff in the back popped off that if I was going to cuss at a minor I could just leave. (Not that I carded him prior to asking him to slow the hell down, but he earned being confronted the way I did!) Meanwhile , “Susan the general manager” as she advised me, pooped off that I could leave and eat elsewhere. (They apparently didn’t hear me say “nevermind, I don’t want anything” in reaction to his mistreatment.) I responded by asking “So you’re more concerned about me saying “hell” than you are your employee being very rude to your customers? She said “My name is Susan if you want to submit a complaint on me.” I said “Okay!” And we left. Not only will we not return to this particular franchise, several of my friends that own businesses in the area also stated they will never return. We’ll give our business to people who appreciate being in business especially after the pandemic!!! Susan and her big mouth buddy as well as the boy should NOT work with the public. I was literally disgusted. Also…personal hygiene should be a thing Susan.

    i never leave bad reviews but unfortunately i had a very poor experience at this qdoba :( i ordered for pick up and i still had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my food to be ready. i would’ve completely understood if they were busy but they were not. in fact, 5 people got their food before us and they had gotten their after us. there was one guy who was really apologetic but besides that… bad experience. wont be coming back (i do not recommend ordering pick up from this location), the workers did not seem to care, they were incredibly slow at their job.

    Easily the worst Qdoba I've been to (and i love qdoba)! All their meats looked old and dry except the chicken, which i ordered as the safest looking choice. Buffet table was dirty, boxes all behind and dirty counters. Asked for lettuce on the side for one bowl so we could reheat it later and got this tiny container of lettuce as seen.. cilantro was also rotten/black spots. Customer service wasn't good either. Go to Chipotle across the street!

    Poor service.. there was a family of 4 in front of me and a group of 3 before that. The group of 3 were being helped. The other employee just kept lookin at the family and I and kept making online orders instead of helping the customers right in front of her.. I didn’t get a lunch today because I waited then ended up leaving. She was so rude to ignore the people in the store

    First time ordering Qdoba ever. Gotta say it's very disappointing compared to chipotle which is across the street. Skimpy portions. Guac is free but they give you only 1 tbsp of guac. "EXTRA" does not mean anything and they will just give you small amount anyways. Got shrimp as my protein and got maybe 8 baby shrimps. I also made 2 separate online orders for pickup and they cancelled one of them after I arrived, and I didn't know until I checked my email in the store. On top of that, the food tastes SO BLAND! The shrimp is supposed to be marinated buts it's just overcooked and flavorless :( I'm glad I had a coupon for my meal because paying full price for this is absurd. Will not return. I'll take my Mexican food cravings to Chipotle down the street.

    No smile or any type of conversation. No response to Hello. Seems like she didn't want to be here and customers were a bother. Her name is Rachel. We drove from Renton to Woodinville. Came in for lunch before Wine Tasting. If It wasn't for Tristan, it would not have gotten any stars.Boxes in the dining area. I would not recommend this place.

    You know how good your steak nachos are when done properly? AMAZING. But when you put too much queso and sour cream it becomes a soupy soggy mess. It's a problem. Your ingredient portions need to be more thoughtfully measured. I don't want to stop going here, but the inconsistency is testing my loyalty.

    I never write reviews but this is one of the best experiences i’ve had with an employee at a fast food restaurant and I feel he deserves recognition. I come to this qdoba very frequently and Jason continues to be one of the only worker that always has a smile on his face and a positive attitude. He makes my day any time I come in to the restaurant. You can really tell that he try’s to make your dish as proportioned as possible. The ONLY employee so far that I have seen this from. Awesome to see and hope I get to see him more often!

    Beware of Qdoba price gouging. The flower tortilla they use for tacos have now gotten smaller. I was shocked to see how much smaller the flour tortilla are in comparison to what I was served almost two weeks ago. I asked the gal and she said this is what they get and it always changes. I call BS and management knows exactly what they are doing. Smaller tortillas for the same taco price means only one thing, MORE PROFITS and less being served to customer. SMH Qdoba.

    I have been coming to this Qdoba for years but lately i have been running into a specific employee named Justice. Justice is great! Every time i come in and she is working she is on top of it! Fast, efficient, and just a wonderful person! All around a great Qdoba!

    What a shame is this place to Qdoba chain. Haven’t been here in a long time and was excited to grab one of my favorite burritos. Came in to a dirty counter, chicken and oil was all over place, most of the meat choices were empty and looked not fresh. Cilantro turned black, no beans (never seen that before in Qdoba nor Chipotle), zero customer service and way overpriced for outdated meat and veggies. Never coming back to this location again. Such a shame to ruin such a great chain name.

    We used to come here for a good meal. We are so surprised that this place comes down hill so quickly!! Sad!!! We arrived just after 6pm. First sight was the piles of boxes in the dining area. When we came to the counter, unlike before, there was no one to greet us. Inside of the counter looked very messy and disorganized. There are food scraps all over the counter. Many food items were empty and not getting refills. We asked the employee how come they run out of many items so early. He said “I just work here. I don’t know. I am not in charge. “ Since we were hungry, we just took some of the leftover items. Needless to say, we are unlikely to return to this place again.

    Generally been receiving very good service here for the last six months that I've visited. The older staff members seem courteous and respectful. Some of the kids/younger staff that work here seem to be fooling around during downtime. Today, while my order was being prepared, this one kid comes right out the kitchen and asks me with a funny face "Are you the one that works at the gas station down the street?". I could almost see him burst out with laughter with his other colleagues when he asked me that question. I could sense it wasn't an honest enquiry - I'm a brown skinned Indian. Looks like there was no supervisor around to keep things in check. On my way out, after I paid for my order, I could see my server and the kid laugh at the "joke" he just cracked at my face. I felt embarrassed and the staff had no remorse at what just happened. I will continue to eat here but next time I won't be shy to speak out my mind.

    I used to love Qdoba--especially this location! But the food is now just mediocre on a good day. My latest (and my last) order was a chicken burrito. The chicken was so charred that I couldn't eat it. I called, and the manager made excuses saying the chicken is grilled, hence the charring. I know the difference between grilled and completely charred. This wasn't even edible. But then, he seemed annoyed that I wanted a refund and said he could do nothing unless I go into the store. Which I will do. Disappointing on all fronts. I've been a customer here for years, but I won't be back.

    Honestly, everything was good except for their pickled red onions. They were at LEAST 5x saltier than their chips! It tasted like dumping a McDonald's salt packet straight into my mouth (don't ask) and tasted like nothing else. It was stomach-turning bad. I don't know if I'm just naive or just never get their pickled red onions, but good lord, stay miles away from that option. Why, Qdoba, why??

    Did pickup at this location and it’s slow! It took an extra 20 min including the time from ordering and their commit time. A bit disappointing. At least they didn’t skimp out and the quality and quantity was spot on.

    Every QDOBA these days feels like a circus. We get there, there were about 4 people in front of us. The staff wasn’t interested in completing my order. They were so slow! Took 20 minutes from starting in line to paying. Two staff members were at the front, then one went on break when line was super long. Ingredients were missing. They only gave a little bit of meat in one bowl. Then there were no forks or drink covers in the bins. The staff member looked annoyed that I asked them to refill it. The Impossible meat was overly salty. Finally when we left, the restaurant was finally empty but tables were left dirty and the trash was overflowing. Overall a bad experience. I’m used to better food experiences so I won’t be coming to spend $40 for two entrees again.

    I have come here twice the last two weeks. I usually get a steak quesadilla. The food and portion was good. I always ask for the quesadilla to be extra melty. Each time I went, the team member cooked it as requested and tasted as I had wanted it. So why the three star rating? I'm not sure if it is staff, management, or corporate but the last two times, I could not get a receipt. In one case, I was trying to redeem rewards from my visit and was then told if they could not print a receipt, I could not redeem rewards. I have reached out to corporate to resolve that. What I would have thought would be a one day easy redemption took 3 days to respond. Corporate then asks for my feedback regarding that contact when they have not resolved the issue. I went in this last week and once again, receipt won't print. The staff are using a grocery store's bags for takeout. I do not know what is going on but I'm a bit concerned because QDOBA is a go to place and would like for this location to be successful but these last two times will have me frequenting other locations for lunch.

    Really feel sad for the small young lady who was hustling to fulfill every order while training someone new. The online orders were backed up and she was scrambling to keep pace. I ordered online but still had to wait the same amount of time as anyone else who would just walk in. I joined rewards but was denied by free Queso since I didn’t purchase in-store. So there is zero benefit to ordering online I guess. I was surprised by the hot red salsa. It had a slight heat to it that was pretty nice. Again, the small young lady is the redeeming quality of this place; she was training her new hire with great care and her customer service was beautiful! She deserves a nice raise.

    After multiple attempts to enjoy this qdoba location, we will never return. Love qdoba in general however this location has some serious issues. Pick up orders are never correct. The final straw was a bug found in our recent pick up order. Took a picture and asked for a refund, all they would offer is a free entree. No refunds. My partner and I were so disgusted we couldn’t eat our food. Will not be coming back and will not be recommending this location.

    I usually try to avoid this Qdoba location if possible. It's usually pretty unkempt and dirty compared to other locations, and it's common that they are out of at least one item (e.g. chicken, fajita veggies, etc.). COVID protocols: They currently have the dining room blocked off so that patrons cannot sit. They, however, have it roped of with safety tape, so that you can't even stand in the dining room. This means that if you're waiting for something that people have to cluster by the register and aren't able to properly socially distance. Definitely defeats the purpose! I would definitely rethink this strategy!!

    Ordered CHICKEN nachos with queso on the side through Ubereats. Not only did my nachos arrive with no chicken, it arrived all mashed together with the queso mixed it and it was soggy, almost soup like. I am never one to complain about service but this experience was absolutely rediculous. I am giving one star only because I have to.

    I love this Qdoba location! The food is always fresh in the people that work here are very friendly compared to most "fast casual" places. I had very mixed experiences in the past visiting other Qdoba locations... So I naturally stayed away from them when I first moved to Woodinville. However, I'm glad that I gave this one a shot. After going to this location at least 15 times now.. I can see that they are more consistent than any other Qdoba I've been to. I love the new curbside setup too. I hope that doesn't go away after this virus is a thing of the past ;)

    I normally would give this Qdoba 4-5 stars but I got a bag with about 10 chips in it today. Normally the bag is filled to the brim. I give any restaurant that isn't consistent a low score because it shouldn't be that hard to be consistent.

    The place has seriously gone down hill, just ordered the new impossible tacos and received a nearly empty taco shell...they didn't even try to make it. The website says this should have the impossible meat, red onion, cilantro and salsa verde.

    Friendly staff. Prepared quickly. I like the ability to choose the ingredients. Had the taco salad which was good. Naked burrito (burrito without the tortilla) is also good.
