    If I could leave a zero star I would.......the service sucked, the young staff was giggling and laughing and making rude comments. Then the food was subpar. The bread was dry on the outside and soggy and mushy on the inside. To top it off the store was filthy. (See photo)

    LOVE this jimmy John's! The young ladies I always see there are always so friendly & efficient! Also one of the cleanest/coziest stores I've ever seen

    Came in here. Staff were very friendly. Made a bad review before about the hours and I’m now editing it. Hard to find people to work right now and it’s affecting businesses. Good thing to keep in mind. Humbling experience.

    Absolutely awful service. The food is fine, but they routinely have issues taking delivery orders, even if you can get the delivery ordered, we've had too many issues with it taking an hour+ to get the food, and, if there are any issues, good luck getting hold of them, as the phone number is always either disconnected or goes unanswered. Take your business elsewhere.

    The owner here steals 100% the tips from the tip jar, and tips you write off when picking up, and any credit card tip over $10, including catering orders. I quit as soon as I found out. The oldest employees that continue working for a criminal here are the epitome of wageslaves. The store suffers and orders take so long because everyone keeps quitting when they realize this. Only tip cash to these poor souls.

    Slowest Jimmy John's ever and consistently messes up orders. I rarely ever have an issue at any other Jimmy John's... This one it's to be expected. Safe yourself the headache and drive to a different Jimmy John's or get a different sandwich nearby.

    Last 3 times I’ve ordered it’s taken an hour and a half to deliver. Just say you can’t deliver if your going to take this long.

    My sandwich is great!! As a former JJ’s GM I know how a JJ sandwich should taste and look and they blew it out of the water with both. My pickup was also done in a super timely manner. Their store was also sparkling clean, much appreciated! You guys are awesome. Keep it up ☺️

    So this is my first Jimmy John's experience few reasons I gave my experience a 2 star first thing is when I ordered my #11 I was not asked on what type of bread I wanted they just assumed white bread also there is nothing stated on the menu that drinks are not included so I assumed a drink came with food just to find out it did not and I had already paid. So just some advice please ask what type of bread the customer wants and also let them now that drinks sold separately give us a chance to make the decision of we want to add to the order. Over-all cleanliness of the store was ok tables and floor could of been cleaned but that is nit picking the cashier was nice but seemed a little lost when asked about the meal comes with drink or not.

    Normally have great experiences here, but this time, only after I ordered, the staff told me they were out of bread and were waiting for it to come out of the oven. They told me it would be super hot when it came out, and I told them that was fine. Waited there for a bit, and once they gave me the extra hot cold cuts sandwich, they told me they didn’t have the bread I wanted at all, and this was a different kind. Just bad communication.

    This place discriminates towards "minority's" I worked here for 2 weeks and experienced disrespect everyday then I got fired for calling the boss an asswhole which I did not the employees was always talking about how you are. Is me and a native girl the only 2 people he talks to any type of way

    Never coming back here. Manager wouldn’t give me the store owners contact because “the owner doesn’t really like to be reached.”. This is a privately owned location and Jimmy Johns corporate can’t do anything about complaints since it is privately owned. The store manager and employees are very rude and uncoordinated. They don’t seem to follow any of the order directions. 3 times in a row my order wasn’t followed & the add-on that I paid extra for wasn’t added. My husband verbally double-checked our order was followed with the worker before leaving, worker rudely replied “if the receipt says it has cheese, it has cheese on it” which was a lie. I called the store manager & let him know. He remembered my order but didn’t have anything to say about why my order was wrong when they told us it wasn’t. I asked to be re-imbursed at this point. He said he would do that then immediately hung up on me.

    They were Closed. Its 6:30 on a Monday. Everything online says that they are open. There was not even a sign up on the door. At this point I think the employees are just saying eff it and bailing. I usually go to the snohomish one, but happened to be driving by woodinville. If it had been an even decent experience I would have made it a regular stop. But they lost my business today as I went to the Mongolian grill in the building instead. They have lost my business in the future as Im not wasting my time on a business that cant even put up a closed sign or bother with hours.

    Restaurant says it is open until 8pm on Google and when I showed up at 5:15 pm on Friday it was very obviously closed. Don’t change your hours on Google unless you plan on actually being open instead of wasting your customers time traveling here.
