@badaling group I tried to order the traditional breakfast at the drinks stall on Friday 4 Aug 2023. The service staff said β€œ11 am no more; if order, must be paid separately for drinks, eggs and toast.” I said ok and walked away. Then I check my watch, it was 10:57 and go back to the same staff, she said β€˜oh, it is 10:59 on her clock’, cannot. Wah!! In another occasion on a separate day, because the coffee was too sweet and we requested to add some hot water; the same staff said cannot add hot water. I said we pay for it but she said cannot sell. Wah! After pleading, she charged us 50 cents for half glass of water. Wah?

We had zi char dinner at εŒ—ζ΅·ζΈ”ζ‘ at Blk 573, Woodlands Drive 16 where Sheng Siong Supermarket is upstair. We ordered seafood hor fun and seafood crispy noodles 🍜 which were quite mediocre without wok hei and nothing to shout about. We will come by to try other dishes from this stall as well as from Wah Zai Barbecue Meat (εŽδ»”ηƒ§θœ‘).

Popiah cost $2.00 each, but worth the money as the filling, taste and ingredients are chewy.

Cai png stall: I paid already just wanted to ask for future, how much was the 'pork ribs' ala carte. Auntie ignored me twice before giving black face and spat out '2.50' with a glare. Maybe she's ashamed to be saying that they charge $2.50 for a small scoop of diced ribs and needed to hide behind attitude. Will make sure to go elsewhere for cai png.

Most of the food are mediocre. Price wise is reasonable. Coffee is not bad, one of the cheapest in this area, $1.10 for kopi. Economical rice - acceptable but the dishes are almost the same everyday. Indian stall - roti prata is ok but expect long queue on weekends. Korean - Rice can be terribly cooked. Nasi kukus - Frankly not as good as before. Chicken has become smaller. Need to wait when they have too many delivery orders to fulfil. Ding Ji fish ball noodles - Slow. Staffs can be forgetful (and rude) Hakka bowl - Not bad but not that cheap. $5 for a cheapest bowl. Waiting time is 10 to 15 min when they have too many delivery orders to fulfil. Understaffed. Zi char - price is on the high side. Normally fast. Taste is acceptable. Chicken rice - chicken portion is small (or pathetic) for $2.50 version. Can run out of oily rice β€œyou fan” which is not acceptable. Western - always long queue coz it is considered cheap. Popiah and rojak - typical popiah and rojak. Overall it is a place for a quick meal.

$5.50 for the salmon & omelette japanese rice . salmon fish was thin less than 5mm thick also omelette was supposed to wrap the rice and this one did not wrap around the rice as it should . it was smaller than human adult palm βœ‹. omelette was thinner than 3mm thick. there wasn't any toilet nearby too . please close down the whole coffee shop . useless . workers wasn't that helpful. re-use a used tissue to clean a bird dropping on my table instead of using a new clean tissue to wipe off the bird dropping. please send back all PRC chinese workers since they are unwilling to learn english and unwilling to work correctly . they re-use a used tissue from within a dried bowlπŸ₯£ of a different customer
