First time visiting the Causeway Point outlet, waiting time is longer as it is more crowded here compared to my usual visit at Lot One and Hillion. Staff were extremely busy and were running everywhere which causes the atmosphere to be a little anxious but understand they are rushing to get every table their food as quickly as possible :) Marmite Chicken Thigh was a little dry in my opinion and did not taste like thigh. Sauce was good! Love the 糙米饭 🍚 as it’s really delicious despite being whole grain. Herbal duck as good as always! Personally prefer my usual outlets as it’s more peaceful and less noise 😊

My previous experiences at DXE was not as pleasant compared to now. I stopped eating at DXE because of that. This year, I have went to eat at DXE multiple times and observed the difference in their Service Standards, it has improved by Leap and Bound. In the past 1.5 Star. NOW 6 Stars❤️. I am very impressed. They have become more generous in terms of food quantity and prices in my opinion. Food quality has improved in my opinion too. Keep it up DXE, if this continues- you can represent Singapore and put DXE in the world very soon.👍👍

Date of visit: 24 October 2023. Arrived just before 5.30pm, thus was able to snag the early bird discount. Opted for the Healthier Set Menu. Food quantity and quality was good. Service staff were nice and friendly too. Overall a good experience.

Has always been a fan of DXE, their food is delicious and has been very consistent. However this recent experience at DXE Causeway Point outlet has been terrible. I have ordered (takeaway) the Signature set for 10 pax and some other dishes for a small celebration (payment was made already) Since it's a takeaway, I was asked to wait outside for around 20-30 mins. After waiting for 25 mins, I checked in with the staff and they told me the order has not been processed due to technical issue. The staff asked if I was OK to wait, when there wasn't any alternative to this situation. I was very disappointed with the service as I have been standing right at the entrance and there were even 2 different staffs that approached to check w me what I was waiting for, and I showed them the receipt. But none of them went to check and it took them more than 25 mins to realise that the order wasn't processed. As a result, I had to wait for more than an hour for the food to be ready. After collecting the food, the staff still chased after me saying that they forgot to pack some food in. Truly unacceptable service and how they handled this awful experience.

Restaurant has always been consistent to deliver good quality food. Came at dinner time and there was a queue, need to wait about 10-15 mins to get seated. Drinks are refillable if order hot tea. We ordered all dishes in smallest portion, to get a decent variety of choice. For the smallest portion of the salted egg prawn contains only 7 pieces. I was disappointed, I wish it has more prawns! But…. Because I ordered the smallest size, so it is actually reasonable that the prawn given only 7 pieces ~ food taste amazing! Perfect for Asian elderly parents. Total cost about $140

Tasty foods with reasonable price. Their signature roasted duck meat was tender. Its skin was crispy. They offer a lot of veg dishes too. They serve canned tiger beer. Some staff could communicate only in Chinese.

The promo of $88 (use OCBC-$75) is ready worth it. You will get 1 free whole free duck and 2 X $50 vouchers. The staff was very helpful and friendly. She helped to scan the promo code and explained the terms and conditions very in detail. The vouchers can also use for take away food. Even the free duck order in quarter or half portion, and to be continue with the next visit. Order some other dishes nice too.

Bought the $88 membership which is very value for money. The place was full with a queue forming on a Sunday evening. Fortunately, the restaurant was big, staffs were efficient, hence the turnaround was pretty quick. The stellar of the evening was the dang gui duck 🦆. The stir fry baby kai lan is quite unique, it has a sourish taste unlike the normal stir fry kai lan.
