It's a nice neighbourhood kinda "shopping centre". A couple of old school ships which brings me back to my childhood memories. Unfortunately the 2 stars given is due to the poor male toilet condition. It is dirty. Really dirty. I'm not sure if there is anyone cleaning that 2nd floor toilet. Toilet has no bidet and the urinal doesn't seem to have a flushing system as well.

Ah yes, a place where I run down memory lane, I used to stay nearby there, I usually would bought an ice-cream, bread and also buy some food from coffee-shop. There are an abundance of food and services there, such as barbershop, phone services, bakery, bookshops, hypermarket, bicycle shop and more. Not to mention they have McDonald's too.

The place is pretty old and rundown. We usually go there to dine at Koufu (or its sister foodcourt next to it that sells halal food), or to get groceries from Giant. There is a Singapore Pools that draws long queue every now and then, and a number of ATMs from different banks.

Went to Koufu for my dinner there before going back yo JB. Koufu and the adjoining halal food court offer a wide variety of delightful hawker food.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Dentist is also professional and knowledgeable. Did my braces with them before and was satisfied :)

A bit run down, need some spruce up especially painting of the building, 4D shop is very well patronised, long queue. Kou fu food court was very crowded.
