    Had a rude, dismissive doctor who didn't listen to me when I spoke about my cough + flu + throat inflammation. She did not ask for consent when she placed the ear themometer into my ear, and it ended up hurting my ear! She was not gentle and seemed to just wanted to get my consult over and done with within 10minutes. My symptoms ended up being a 2nd round of covid. While waiting time is relatively quick, I think the doctors need more empathy and social awareness. It's unprofessional to dismiss health concerns, and to not check thoroughly. My symptoms were dismissed as a "viral infection" and I could have saved myself $30 in medication by just taking an ART at home. Please improve on how you handle your patients, because this negligence is now my sickness.

    before heading to the clinic, decided to call in first and check with the clinic for medical records purposes. the whole customer service experience was very disappointing as the lady (either admin or staff nurse) that spoke to me on the phone was super unprofessional as she was raising her voice and spoke rudely to me. can't handle customers queries then don't work as one. please teach your working staff basic manners and respect when speaking to customers. this is just unacceptable!

    The medicine dispensary part was so slow. After dispensing 1 patient medicine the next patient took 10mins after. The clinic is full with patients waiting for medication. My number was 70 to see a doctor and now after number 83 I still haven’t been call for the medication collection. There are 4 counter staff and 1 lady shadowing. 3 doctors on duty. The doctor I saw at room 5 Chinese doctor clearly was doing his job for the sake of doing it.

    The medical check up appointment was arranged at 8.30am, till 9:30am still not even getting registered yet. The company has no concerns about patients who are fasting. This issue has been observed for years. The cross inter infection might happen from covid patient to the healthy patient. It opens a legal risk to the company's responsibility on the public interest.

    Extremely inefficient. Made an appointment for 1000, only got served at 1030. Called my queue number once just to wait another 10mins for them to register me. All the while, clinic is loaded with coughing patients in this covid wave as I could have waited outside the clinic.

    Was very sick but the clinic near my home did not give me the right medication and I suffered for ten days. I spoke to Dr Kumar and he instantly knows what medications would be good for me. The nurses are very friendly and patient. I trust in this clinic. Despite so many patients they tirelessly carry on!! well Done!!

    I walked in with my husband due to fish bone choke on my throat and I can't talk and my throat is bleeding and I'm in terrible pain! My husband was anxious since I am also currently pregnant. The malay lady at the reception was totally not helpful and make a very loud remark "tak boleh sabah" means we cannot wait in malay. I truly think this remark is really very RUDE! Please teach your reception staff to have some basic courtesy manners and respect.

    Saw the bad reviews and was anxious about getting a consultation visit. Went and the staffs were actually fine. The lady staff who attended to me was patient even though there was some issues and was informative. Dr Navaratnam was very kind and friendly. Only at the last part, a staff who took over my dispensary handed me my receipt without even looking at me. Fastest doctor visit that ended within an hour, I visited at around 2pm on a Wednesday.
