Went to collect queue number at around 11, the self service kiosk gave me a timing , 4.10pm,and consultation room number.     I have not much expectation in public healthcare with respect to waiting time. Went to collect queue number at around 11, the self service kiosk gave me a timing , 4.10pm,and consultation room number. There was no triage anymore, in the past, I remember there was some staff asking about my symptoms and contact details. I returned to the clinic at around 4.10pm. To my surprise, everything was done within an hour. Appt at 4.10pm , my number was called at around 4.20. collected medication and paid bill at around 4.50pm. The doctor also gave practical medical advice and the prescribed medication seems to be working. Maybe I am imagining or exaggerating, I do feel SG public healthcare has improved a lot over the years.

    Been coming here for dental polishing/scaling a few times already. It’s a hit or miss. Standard varies, sometimes they clean very thoroughly, sometimes they don’t Waiting system could be improved. On the screen, I would suggest adding a “queue numbers that are pending consultation” section so people can see that their queue numbers are pending and in the queue and can be rest assured their numbers are not forgotten Then you also have staff outside the consultation room going around asking what’s your queue number. I wonder what is the purpose of this? Because it just tells me that oh the staff is checking if my number is in the queue, making me think that I have been waiting for nothing

    How to fix my first bad experience? Encountered bad experience on first visit with dental clinic, the doctor (not to mention the name) explained on the xray required, cost mentioned $19 but final bill charged $57, after clarification it was times X3 (left,right and front), and other wrong charges for cleaning/whitening. For fixing a decay front teeth, doctor explanation lead and created hustle to do it and stresses to patients, decided to cancel all the appointments. Scary place

    Booked my appointment beforehand so I only waited about 15 minutes upon registering to see the dentist. Despite being my first visit, I had a very pleasant experience with the staffs and doctor there as they were very helpful and patient in helping me. The dentist was very professional and upfront about all the services I am receiving and clarified my doubts too. Would definitely recommend her but unfortunately I didn't get her name.

    Woodlands Polyclinic has heartless staff!!! I have blood test appointment on 10:10am, 06 Jan 2024, I reached on 9:43am and while waiting for my queue I observed there was 10 minutes no patient on queue for blood test and counter staff chit chat instead of calling patient for blood test. When I approached one of the staff, she replied me that not yet reach my appoinment time, should give time to earlier patient. I told her that the queue has been empty for 10 minutes, where are the patient? Then I start to see they calling patient and I realised that some of them has been there before me, majority are senior and difficulty to walk. They prefer chit chat and purposely make them waiting!!! Now then I know why Woodlands Polyclinic so crowed. It is not because of too many patient. Surprisingly, it is due to heartless staff purposely torture patient by doing make patient to have long waiting time not because of many patient. They do not care whether there is a patient in front of you, they only call upon your appointment time even though you have been there early. If they call you after appointment time, the standard answer is too many patient. I always respect medical staff but not this kind of heartless staff. MOH only know keep increase medical fee but ignore to scrutinise the staff quality of work and service. Please be responsible and do something on it.

    Don't ever step into a consultation room with this doctor VIJAYA KUMARI NAVARATNAM. If you see this name, you know what, just cancel the appointment. She will ask you, so what you want to do? What you want to do next? She is very rude and arrogant. I can't believe there's such people in this world who will display such terrible attitudes towards patients. I have lodged a complaint about her already and I hope everyone else is aware of this terrible person.

    On 3rd January I spoken to one of the most pleasant staff Juwita from Woodlands poly Clinic via phone for my appt. She is such a courteous staff staff. She was very patience in giving me the dates. Thumbs-up. Thanks Danaletchimy hp 92350124.
