I had a least 4 session of treatment with V aesthetic previously at woodlands outlet. All the previous sessions were good. Therapists are friendly, service-oriented and I enjoy the good customer experience. But today, the therapist who serve in the prep room left me kind of speechless… simply wipe my forehead twice and said that the face cleaning is done. I asked her why just a few swipe and she replied V Aesthetic don’t provide facial service, just simple cleansing with cotton. In fact, I don’t expect facial cleaning service but not just two swipe on forehead and try to brush me off.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I arrived to find the clinic closed. It was a significant inconvenience, and I believe it would have been courteous to inform me via WhatsApp about the closure to avoid wasting my time on the trip. Furthermore, I have been undergoing laser treatment since February 2023 and have seen no improvement as of 11 Dec 2023, despite investing a substantial amount of money into the laser package. Overall, the service has been disappointing and ineffective.

Had the Sylfirm and Pico laser treatments here in several occasions with Dr Rohit, Dr Zhu and Dr Chloe. These treatments have definitely shown significant effects on my complexion. Highly recommend to those who wants to improve their skin texture to come for a consultation!!

Went to the outlet in Woodland located at Woodsquare Tower 2 a couples of times. As all the while, I don’t really go for all this aesthetic treatment service. As I afraid they will just introduced me any treatment without understanding or knowing my skin concern or skin problems. But I was wrong , to my surprised when the first time I went for my trial, all the staff were very friendly, greet every customers who there for the treatment with a cheerful voice and also assist every customers with a professional manner. Where I don’t felt any pressure or uncomfortable staying in the clinic. I was assisted by CARMEN and LYY a couple of times when I was there for my treatment. Both of them will check out on how my last treatment react on my skin, whenever, i visited the clinics .Both ladies knows what they are doing and guide me on what I should avoid doing this fews days. They make me felt so comfortable and warm. Not only that, they also have a casual chat with me while waiting for my treatment to do done by not leaving me all by myself alone. Where some of my girlfriend encounter in other clinic. KUDOS TO WOODLAND AESTHETICS ESPECIALLY CARMEN AND LLY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Sharing my pleasant experience with V Aesthetics & Laser Clinic at Woodlands outlet :) I still remember the first time when I came, I was approached by Ms Cynthia the manager. She was very kind and gave recommendations on which treatments are suitable for me. I was then referred to Ms Rachel and I was under her care throughout the ongoing treatments. The two treatments I did was Sylfirm and Fractional with Doctor Rohit and he always ensures that I was comfortable during the procedure. I’m pleased with the results (improvements) shown thus far even though I’m only on my 6th session at the moment. For those with similar concerns like myself, I would highly recommend you to give it a try. Very relaxed ambience and friendly staff, definitely makes you feel at home :)

Did pico laser with Dr Rohit at Woodlands outlet. I did for a few sessions and the results were quite good - my birthmark has lightened considerably. The doctors and the therapists were all very kind and understanding of my concerns as well, and addressed them to their best.

Saw their ad online and decided to make a visit to their Woodlands Branch. Very attentive, friendly and professional. Staff make an effort to explain and recommend what services best fit your needs. Special thanks to Eunice and Dr Rohit for being so welcoming and patient with my queries. Decided to go ahead with Laser Hair Removal with noticeable results after the first session. As with any service, I would recommend everyone to do their due diligence in researching and preparing for a session, but I do believe that the staff at V Medical will be able to advise you on how best you can achieve the aesthetic results you're looking for.
