Massively disappointed! We stopped in for a bite before a movie and I will probably never return to this location again. It took our server 10 mins to get our drink order, we had to hunt down silverware since we were not given any with our appetizer, my husbands beer was flat. On top of all this I ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp and boy was I surprised when it came out plain with a lump of green stuff on top. Pictures below are of mine and then the menu. And yes I know restaurant food never looks like the picture but where’s the seasoning at least! We paid 67$ for this bs….

I've visited this location or more than one occasion and to be honest it's not horrible but it's not all that great either. The atmosphere was overall lively but a little too noisy if you sit close to the bar, the service was okay the waiter I had was nice enough. The food was a huge disappointment, it wasn't very flavorful and very watered down with a "Mac n cheese" sauce. The chicken was pretty good, there was only three pieces on top of the pasta that was supposed to be macaroni and cheese. I can't say that I won't ever return back to this location, as there are other items on the menu I do like, and the overall service wasn't bad, but I will probably never get that dish again.

Celebrated my bf's birthday here. He got a free dessert which was pretty good. Was ice cream with chocolate lava cake. Before then we got all you can eat riblets/fries and shrimp/fries. I liked it I just wish we got more portions. But not bad for $14.

45 Minute wait, with most tables empty?? Waiter was not interested in working today (SMH) this location is getting bad in my opinion. The trash was everywhere for the entire time I was there. No strawberry lemonade, no margaritas and no good service. LOAFERS!! Opened just in time ✅

Ordered the $6.99 kids meals. Kids loved it. Everything was mostly fresh and well prepped. We got a burger with side of mozzarella sticks, and a chicken Alfredo with side of vanilla yogurt with strawberries (these were a bit spoiled). Two for under $15, which also included two milks. Good deal

No complaints. The food was hot. The server was polite and very accomodating. The presentation was very good. Not busy at all so no wait time.

Nice place to grab a bite to eat while looking at the pictures of catonsville, route 40 and ellicott city.

I visited during the 6'oclock hour. It wasn't too crowed. The staff was very attentive. I received my food fast. I got a huge glass of Long Island for $5. I was solo and I was very comfortable. I would visit again.

Very disappointed with everything. Ribeye tough/chewy. Garlic potatoes and broccoli COLD. Hamburger had NO flavor and Very thin burger patty. Waited for server so finally got manager to give us salt and pepper (not available on tables). Priced high for low quality and blah food. We didn't even want to take the leftovers. First and Last visit.

The servers are overwhelmed with tables, and they are trying their best. The food was good and correct, except one item. We got waay more than the pictures but we were hungry.

Decent spot to some food with friends. Our server, Nick, was helpful and informed us about the ongoing offers. Everyone that came along seemed to enjoy the food.

Was some of the worst service I’ve ever received wish I could give 0 stars because honestly doesn’t deserve one star. We waited about 20 minutes for our table (no big deal) but after we were seated waited 30 minutes for our server to come to our table. Then watched the server stand and talk to coworkers so we got our drinks about the same time as our food. My boyfriend ordered a bud light definitely did not receive a bud light not sure what it was but was not bud light. Our food was terrible dry chicken and under cooked vegetables. Only thing I would recommend would be the top shelf Long Island it was pretty stout.

My server was eating her lunch in the dining area all while serving our table. I hate that chain restaurants doesn't properly train so my appetizers and entrée aren't coming out together. I felt rushed and it was 5 in the evening

We recently rediscovered Applebee's and have eaten at the restaurant three times over the past month. The food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. My favorite selection so far is the Bourbon Street Chicken with Shrimp. It is served over a bed of grilled onions and mushroom. We will likely become regulars at the restaurant.

This rating is after going twice to this location, thinking maybe it would get better. It, in fact, did not. First, we were told 45 min wait, which was fine. What wasn't fine was us asking how much longer after the 45 min wait and being told we were next than watching other people get seated because they had multiple people handling the host post. So we asked again what the hold up was and were lied to and told they called us 15 minutes ago. Mind you, we were sitting right in front of the host post. Then we get seated and wait another 15 minutes for our server. The rest of the night went that way, always a 15-20 minute wait for our service. We ordered the $1 margaritas, and we were there 2 hours and were only able to enjoy 2 each because our server kept forgetting. The food was undercooked and cold. I had to send my queso and chips back twice, and each time it came out cold, I gave up. Our biggest issue was that our server seemed to be tending to the couple beside us very well. They continued to get drink after drink while she forgot ours each time. Needless to say, we finally just asked for our check. She then gave us a check with multiple wrong items, so another 20 minutes wait for a corrected check. It was so horrible that we didn't even want to wait for a manager. We just paid and left. We definitely would not recommend this location and won't be back.

The food was decent but the manager who handled my request for a person with severe allergies was rude at best. Perhaps this order was a little out of the ordinary but the reason for the very specific instructions is because one wrong exposure could mean a very severe reaction or even death for this kid. So, my line of questioning was not to interrogate but out of an abundance of caution. You would have thought someone in management would have been more understanding and sympathetic.

I come here to this location occasionally and wanted to share my experience. First the Host was absolutely wonderful! As she sat us, she welcomed us she was very hospitable and said wonderful remarks of wanting us to have a great time at the establishment. Jada was our server this evening and everything was awesome! The only thing that was irritating, was another customer who was being belligerent, rude and very nasty to Jada. The bathroom was clean as well.

Our server had been fantastic and amazing. A manager, on the other hand, scolded him in front of customers, which is extremely unprofessional, and over a trivial non-issue of how he chose to clean the tables. Made the experience much less pleasant.

Waitress was pretty good, but then we were served spoiled salsa which almost made my fiance throw up. The pico was also on the burger so we asked to have it remade since we didn't trust that wasn't spoiled too. They then charged us for a second burger, and acted like they were doing us a favor when they took it off the bill. I understand things happen, I'm not picky, but at least act remorseful and sorry that you served me spoiled food. 2 stars instead of one only because the waitress was nice.

The young lady who waited on my wife and I was wonderful. The food was very good and arrived hot and quickly. The only problem we had was it took over half an hour to get two 16-oz beers. Apparently the bartender was too busy.

It was nice bought time happy hour was nice $5 drinks good atmosphere it had gotten way better from years ago but the waited we had was not but all and all the place is OK.

We got a table right away. It was crowded. Our food orders came quickly and our waitress was courteous. The food was excellent and the drinks were good. The only complaint i would say is it was hard to find my waitress when it was time to pay my bill. Other than that it was great service.

I enjoyed my visit. I had a new server in training named Ken she was polite and easy to talk to. Her trainer Injae was great also. They made sure our table was taking care of during the visit.

My husband and I have visited this location before. We were told at the door that to be seated would take 15 minutes, unless we wouldn't mind seated at the bar. I preferred a table or booth, but I was truly hungry after 12 hour shift. We took the bar opinion, wasn't bad but due to COVID-19 I believe it's a bit too close for comfort. Food was not bad but the drinks wasn't as when we visited Applebee's in Pennsylvania, a little comparison cause they're the same Resterant. I got the southwest chicken bowl with pina colada swirl margarita and my husband had oriental chicken salad with long island ice tea/a shot of vodka. I didn't bother to take pictures. The atmosphere was okay other than a little chatters by this one person. I thought the price wasn't bad at all in comparison to when we would eat out at other restaurants here in Baltimore. I think I'll visit again when I can figure out the drinks. Our server was quite busy but very attentive.

The service was excellent! Our waitress Ricky was very attentive with everything. Our food came out nice and hot, only gave a 4 star due to the food lacking flavor. Overall would visit again, the price is right for a family outing.

i haven’t gone to an Applebees in over 7 years but when I came here I felt so at home. The bartenders were really nice & attentive. Vibes was amazing. Everything black. I love it. ♥️ definitely the neighborhood place

The wall paper was coming off the wall. The restaurant is disgusting. I dont think they have ever cleaned the place. There werr plates on the table when we got there, covering the mystery stain on the table. The staff doesn't know the difference in cayenne pepper and old bay. I was handed what was supposed to be Chesapeake wings, but were covered in cayenne pepper. I ordered a steak it was dry and unseasoned.
