Great sushi place at a reasonable price. Staff were very attentive even with a full restaurant.

Disappointment. Besides the Health Regulations that I saw being violated (i.e. carrying trash through the dining room past customers) and flavorless food- it was not the worst. The service was attentive and polite. I had ordered a noodle soup and got mushy noodles, water brother, and undercooked vegetables accompanied by over cooked meat. I've been to other pacific east restaurants and this one has been the worst.

I went to the restaurant on Sunday 7/20/2023. I heard people talking about the power outage on Saturday 7/29/2023, the whole mall was gone out of electricity and closed. Since I had alreday ordered sashimi which is raw fish, I asked the server how did they deal with the power outage and learned they did nothing and still selling the unsafe fish to customer. Thinking about the raw fish was stored without electricity in hot summer for almost 24 hours, I had no idea why the restaurant still seved the unfresh food to customer. Really upset!!!

Got there at 6:15 on a Friday by 8:00 we walked out because we still didn't receive our food. The staff was unapologetic and rude. Also they have tables and chairs set up In The lobby and every time the door opened the freezing cold air blows in.

Well. What I can say for certain is that 75$ in food make me feel ripped off! Look...when I go out , I expect a decent meal. The Udon bowls had NO flavor even after dumping a ton of soy sauce into the bowl. The veggies were fresh. BUT, at almost 15$ a bowl...how is this right? My wife's salad had a piece of plastic in it and the waitress who served stopped coming by after we got our meals (and the place was pretty empty at that point). The rolls were ok but the spicy tuna was mushy. We are cetain they can do better and we will do better by not dining there again.

I would've given this place a four or five star rating because the food was very good. However, our party arrived 45 minutes prior to closing and the entire time, the wait staff was rushing us to finish our food. If they didn't want to let us eat normally, they should have told us up front. Instead, they were literally standing over us as we ate and trying to take the plates before we had even finished our food. It was very rude behavior and soured the entire dining experience.

This was my first time here this place won me over for sure. My server Kiki was amazing and tentive. The food was fresh and my appitizer and wine only took 5 minutes to come out I highly recommend. They have hand sanitizer at ever table very safe during covid

The prices raised up and I think the quality went down since last time I was here. The sushi pieces weren’t very firm and it wasn’t very flavorful. The menu was impossible to understand, they wrote the new prices on top of the old prices and it’s hard to read. The staff was nice and attentive but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Good service, excellent selection of sushi and sashimi. Ordered the Bridge for 2, and it was more than enough for the 3 of us. So filling, but delicious.

Love their Bento boxes. Their shashimi is always fresh and they're tempura is always delicious.

Paid $140.00 everything was disgusting. This restaurant used to be very good! It has gone down hill. Poor quality food and more pricy. Never again

I have been taking my younger brother here for years and we both love it! He told me that this is his favorite restaurant. Delicious, authentic and fresh food. Amazing service!

I’ve been coming here for a year and have had 0 complaints. Today, I came in and had the service from the staff I’ve always had, they greeted me, took long to ask for my drink order however that’s normal for them. The staff really doesn’t pay you much attention but it’s consistent so I’m use to it. However, I ordered my usually raw sushi and fish eggs… it was the worst sushi I’ve put in my mouth, well the 2nd if I’m being honest. Look, this fish was not fresh, because I’m a raw sushi eater therefore I know the importance of fresh fish so I immediately stop eating eat. I ordered a lot of food and I paid for it all. I don’t look for anything free because I want the establishment to understand it’s not about the money it’s about my health. Knowing how important it is to consume properly prepared raw foods I’m very cautious, so coming here and being served low quality raw fish is crazy and dangerous. The Sake was great as always. But unfortunately I will never return here. I hope this finds the owner and inspire him to invest in the quality of the food for I remember the great experiences that I had here in the past.

The waiter was the rudest person I have EVER met in my life. They wrote down all of my credit card information and my ID information and asked for my zip code and signature. It truly felt like they were stealing my information and I had to have a friend go get cash. The food was disgusting and the waiter splashed soup all over me purposefully.
