We love living here! My absolute favorite amenity is the community garden. It brings me so much joy going down there to get fresh herbs and lettuce. Laney in the office is so friendly and helpful as well, and Jeremy from maintenance is just as wonderful. They have a great team here.

I really enjoy living here. Most of my friends and colleagues want to live in the city, but the quiet suburban life is for me. At AMLI, I feel safe. I appreciate that the grounds are always well kept and that maintenance requests are always attended to in a timely fashion. The location is convenient for getting onto express and tollways. I love that there’s an Amazon locker and I never worry about mail or packages getting stolen. The units themselves are nice, get lots of natural light, and provide surprisingly good noise isolation. My only complaint is that the prices here are, dare I say, unreasonably high (yet competitively still on the lower side as far as comparable rental communities in the area, believe it or not). I remember in 2019 I rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 office unit here for $1800. Now in 2023, that same unit is $2400 and my current 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is $2000. The rent was raised 10% after only one year of living here. And I assume it’ll be raised again. I get inflation is sweeping the nation, but my jobs don’t all of the sudden pay me 10% more. That said, the property is great and I’d recommend it to anyone who has the money.

7/31/23: Absolutely love living here! Community, amenities, residents and the Staff are AMAZING! Placed a service call last night for the smoke detector beeping and guess who appears…. Jeremy A! Can’t say enough about his customer service, experience and overall great attitude! He’s definitely one of The Best! Hands down would recommend this community to anyone! Placed a service call online last night about a water issue outside my front door, Jeremy Adams was there first thing the next morning. Replaced my water heater within a couple of hours. Extremely professional and outstanding customer service! A+..Jeremy is the absolute BEST!

AMLI at Seven Bridges goes above and beyond for their residents. I feel very safe in our community. Maintenance is so courteous, professional and timely with any request. Jeremy has been able to help me on several occasions and can only say amazing things about him. Thank you for all you do!

The maintenance team is just as strong – I’ve worked with Jeremy Adams the most out the crew and he’s been extremely helpful and timely with his expertise and time anytime I have a request. I appreciate the hard work all of the Amli employees put in each day.

These are some of the best apartments I've ever stayed at! The staff are all incredible and so friendly, they've made the application process extremely easy and have made my stay here amazing. The pool and facilities are all kept very clean and they always have fun events happening every month. Highly recommend to anyone looking for apartments!

This property is beautiful and the staff is phenomenal. The area is great and the community is very well kept. Jeremy on the maintenance team had helped us out a few times and he's always been kind, knowledgeable, courteous and always goes above and beyond. I'm glad to call this our home!
