Edit: our new neighbors smoke so much, and they smoke inside, also sometimes the neighbors on the third floor are really loud, and we cant fall asleep. We complained before but they still do it. We had been living here over 2 yrs now and it's ok. You can bike/skateboard/hoverboard etc., around thornberry.

We have lived here for 3 years. Of all the apartments I have ever lived at, this has been the best. The staff is very nice, always willing to help. The maintenance is equally good, very prompt. Never had to pester for anything, they tried to resolve any maintenance issues ASAP of their own accord. Neighbors are all civil, no loud noises ever. Nobody has paid me anything to write this. :) Most apartments tend to be thieves, bait and switchers. Thornberry is exceptional, so wanted to let others know.

I am proud to say that I have lived in the Thornberry community for a very long time. It’s a great place to live! One very important quality when renting is the staff supporting the community. They are all amazing, however Fermin the Maintenance Manager has been here a long time as well and is so kind, helpful and respectful to all the residents. Putting in a request is easy and they respond very fast!

Thornberry Woods is exceptional in every aspect. The staff is very nice and always happy to help, the maintenance team is prompt and they resolve the issues asap. You get all required amenities and there are fun events/parties from time to time. Neighbors are friendly and have that sense of community. We have lived here for more than 5 years and of all apartments we have stayed over the years, this is the BEST! If you are looking for a place to stay, your search ends here :)

I have been living at Thornberry for 1 year. The first thing that caught my attention was the open floor plan. Very nice kitchen space with room for a nice kitchen table. The deck space is very nice and all my friends and family were impressed with the bathroom space. In-unit laundry and dryer which is very convenient! Good size pool and a very welcoming community. The only downfall is the location. Luckily I was able to turn right onto 75th in the morning for work but turning left is either hit or miss with two lanes of traffic both ways and cars going 50 mph. You have plenty of restaurants, stores and gas stations nearby!!

I have lived here for almost three years and have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and in the apartment itself. It's a very comfortable apartment with good amenities and lots of space. Maintenance has been incredibly prompt and helpful - all of our issues have been resolved within a day. The office staff are friendly and accommodating. We have struggled with the location (the complex is isolated from shopping and activities, if you were really ambitious you could walk to the gas station), although the setting is beautiful and our unit looks out on a forest preserve. We have no complaints at all with the management or with the apartment itself, and if the location isn't a deal breaker for you, I can't recommend Thornberry Woods highly enough.

Great location, nice units, love the amenities! The staff is outstanding! I was able to take everything long-distance. All staff has gone the extra mile to be helpful!

From good to horrible place. 7625 area. 6 month can’t fix problem with Mazda 6. Alarm pop out randomly. Nightmare to leave near by
