OMG!!! PLEASE READ!! My Family visited this location on Dec. 18th 2018 at 7:00p.m. the kids went to the playland with my wife and I ordered the food my receipt was printed at 7:01 and while waiting a large crowd of patrons were gathering in frustration. We ordered a 6 peice nugget, 1 Mc Chicken, 1 large fry and a large drink. At 7:23p.m. after a 22 minute wait without food I asked for a refund from the manager who was apparently hard to find. Others started to gather behind me for refunds also, some waited 35 minutes without food. Patrons were observing the dropping of product, clueless standing around by employees and general disorder! This location is a prime example of a bunch clowns that can not conform to industry standards in fast food. Apparently there is no training, preparedness or senceability in the management's interest. And obviously no accountability. No employee showed any type of concern for customer satisfaction and offered refunds with reckless abandonment of tying to make things right. NEVER AGAIN!

Employees definitely made me feel comfortable and as if my visit mattered. Helpful and answered questions happily

We had a birthday party. We are all adults and still have SO MUCH FUN!!! Amazing party coordinator, Lily was very helpful!!! Also the female manager was very welcoming and helpful. We arrived an hour early to set up and to get the details organized. They were helpful, and they have accommodated our needs!!! We also get to play on the play place! it was super clean and very new and fun. The pricing for the party is SUPER reasonable!!! The party favors, the happy meals, the cake everything is great!!! We got the birthday hats and thank you card note from McDonald's official online template One thing we would change is the cake quality(a bit dry)

There food is not all that good. Most of what they serve is bland so they over compensate by putting large amounts of some finely ground salt which they over use. Also to make sure all the orders go out fast they make extra and let it sit. You can see this in the fries because they are wilted. Unfortunately you have to bit the burger to find out it's dry.

Yesterday around 8:02 decided to go and get a Hot Caramel Macchiato in less than 2 mins and what happened they charged me went to next window and they didn’t have my coffee (2) they said can u pull up to the window near the doors stayed there for 12. + mins literally more than 10 cars were getting there drinks/ coffees and mine ? They came and brought them to me and I said why more than 12 mins, oooh sorry machine wasn’t working, why the H didn’t they said anything at the beginning I got to work late and I called spoke with the manager / Hispanic and of course she didn’t know what to say just kept silent. It’s always this location messing something up!! Tell the customers, don’t have them wait that long!

It's a McDonald's, you know? What's there to say about the food? It's salty and fatty and dear to me. :) I love that there is a play place though. Families on trips rely on that in the winter. I marked "atmosphere" down a bit for the push to ordering on kiosks. Not that I'm a Luddite- it's that the software sucks. And why not order from the wonderful staff? They were quite nice, though there should be more of them- they kept a good mood but were obviously having to rush around.

Went through drive through than had to go in to get a sandwich they said ok to but didn't charge so ordered again I think they could say sorry that happen but instead she said that's ok

This place has gone from bad to worse. The "manager" had the audacity to tell me no when I asked for a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge then again was told no when I asked for a caramel sundae with hot fudge added to it. However, that's not the first issue I had with the same lady I ordered 2 mcChicken ( one of them spicy made the normal way. And one regular mcChicken add Mac sauce) and after 2 different attempts they finally got it right. Then we were rudely kicked put of the playplace way earlier then they were supposed to be closed. Then before we could get everything and everyone together they turned off the lights. And we had a considerably large party of people (5 kids and 5 adults). I feel so disrespected and disregarded. With the amount of money my family spent during our visit we could have taken our business elsewhere. But with the convenience of the play place we felt that coming to this location would suite our needs for the time being. My family nor myself will never return to this location. I have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect in this type of environment. I'm beyond mad and disgusted. I really wish I could get back every single cent I spent here today. This bathroom were nasty, 2 of the 3 toilets were clogged in the female bathroom then I was told I couldn't use the other bathroom. This establishment is unprofessional not to mention more than half of employees either couldn't understand me (language barrier) or acted like they couldn't understand me.
