    So I’ve been residing in this complex for two years. The management was bad then but even the new management is no better. It’s been almost a month since the resident storage areas were painted. Maintenance left tons of items all over the lawns. They only removed things from the entry area to make it appear that they cleaned the grounds. However they didn’t. You are over charged for horrible customer/tenant service, old units that have been made to look like they are new. My unit has been flooded by rain coming through the roof and windows. Maintenance has flooded my unit while fixing a toilet. The air circulation is poor. And the list goes on and on. No I would not refer this complex to anyone.

    Have lived here 3 years. All three years have had problems with management and how they handle things. I don't even know where to start with this place.The landscapers do a hack job around the premises and the maintenance ghetto rigs everything(for example they put a sink knob on my shower handle instead of replacing my shower handle with another one).My whole yard was made up completely of weeds and when it was pulled and I asked to have seed put on it I was told to just do it myself. And dont Even Get Me started on the mold on siding and the bug problem they have around the units. For someone paying $1,500 a month just for rent not including utilities you would think residents would be treated a lot better.

    After reading these comments and not being able to really get in touch with the office is really making me change my mind. On top of that they told me my place would be ready to move in at a certain date but they are constantly pushing it back. I think I better look somewhere else. Update: so I end up renting the place anyway against my common sense. And honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They are slumlords the people who own the apartments only want money. I can’t blame management because they are only the workers. But this place is the worst everything breakdown easily or never worked in the 1st place. My lease is up now and I’m trying to find somewhere else to go because rent to high for these bogus apartments. And they charge you different prices every month. Oh and the bugs is out of control they charge for pest control but don’t control the pest.

    After reading these reviews and not being able to contact anyone I’m starting believe I’ve made a big mistake. I actually just want my money back at this point because I’m moving in from out of town and can’t contact anyone about my application I left several voicemails and nobody got back to me yet

    I stayed where for a year and management sucked. There was always new people in there that knew nothing about previous situations. I had a pipe bust in my kitchen floor and flooded my entire downstairs they took months to fix that problem, it’s still not completely fixed. My last day there to turn my keys in the office manager did not know how to handle a situation with me and became very unprofessional and cops were called . I hated staying here so bad. The pool wasn’t open hasn’t been open I heard since the pandemic. There’s always a pipe bust somewhere and water being turned off.

    I like that it's quiet where I am. I don't like anything else. Rent is high but there are not amenities. Pool has been closed for 2years, the grounds are dirty, where is maintainence???? I need a lot of things fixed in my spot.

    Hi 👋🏾, I know each situation is different, but what I can say is that every time something has been broken or needs to be fixed management is right on target, all I can say is that I love my place. I think this is a great place to live, And it was a fresh new start for me and my family. I truly enjoy my peace. My neighbors are amazing! 🤩🤩🤩

    They told us 3 different occasions that we were accepted. I was trying to contact them for 3 days. No ones calling me back. Now they’re telling they’re not going to refund us the money which even says in the application. We have a month until our apartment lease is up. I’ve been talking to 3 different people during this whole process. Very confusing. Unprofessional. Nice looking townhouses but it’s not even worth the headaches. Just look at all the other reviews.
