Went in with my grandparents at around 11 am on a rainy Sunday, the staff greeted us and asked if we wanted to try some samples of the soups, I tried chicken noodle soup and it was delicious. The broth was warm and full of flavor. The staff explained how they wait to put the noodles in till after its ordered to keep it fresh which is very smart. The cashiers were so sweet! Very friendly! They made our food very quickly and got the order right! Zoup also included labels on the menu to show what theyre gluten-free and vegetarian options were. The restaurant itself has a cozy vibe to it. And the booths were really comfortable. Their brownies are delicious and have little chocolate prices in them. 10/10 food, service. The view outside was a little bland, it was some streets and it is located next to a smoke shop but overall this place is really good!

The soup ( lobster bisque ) is extremely good. This is the last time I order from Zoup. Stay away from the sandwiches tho, they will make you sick to your stomach ( diarreah/throwing up constantly )

Customer service was great, they had us sample all the soups first. Everything was fantastic. Ended up going with the tomato soup with grilled cheese dippers and am very satisfied.

If I wrote my review last time I visited I probably would have given it five stars, but I think the prices have since gone up so I'm going to knock it down one ($75 for 4 pick 2s and an order of dippers). I LOVE their salads, they had the hot honey chicken salad and that was amazing, I wish they didn't take it away. Sandwiches are okay I appreciate it they are fairly generous with the toppings. Soups are good, not great considering that is their major sell. I like to come here when I feel gross and don't want heavy food. Well be back again.

Very good soup, but would love more selection (yes I know they rotate...just would like more). Sandwiches are VERY good, but smallish (half a Sammy size). Bread is GREAT. ONLY complaint....too expensive. Tonight, one sandwich, two bowls of soup, one drink ...$29. should be 18-20....

First visit was a pleasure. The gentleman who assisted me was so helpful and personable, offering samples and listening for my taste preferences. Although their business is mostly carryout, the tables, chairs, upholstered booths, and design are better than most fast-food places. I'll definitely be coming back to try salad or sandwich to accompany my soup as well as 9ne their fresh drinks (like the dragon fruit).

I’ve gotten take out from Zoup many times, but today I had the pleasure of dining in. The staff was so kind and attentive. I believe the owner, Maria, was there and she allowed us to try soups to determine what we wanted to order. She checked on the customers and you could tell she cared about everyone having a good experience. Each food item that we ordered was outstanding, and the chocolate brownie was the best brownie I’ve had. Overall, there’s something for everyone at Zoup. Their menu is pretty extensive and healthy in nature. Will continue to gladly support this place!

My first visit to Zoup! and I’m already a customer for life. A clean, comfortable space with soups to please anyone, including myself who considers soup it’s own section of the food pyramid. The customer service was so friendly and made me feel so welcome and let me sample soups until I knew exactly which one I wanted.

Salads were so fresh, delicious and the most beautifully assembled I’ve ever had. We got the Hot Honey Chicken Salad & Chicken & Bacon Cobb salad. I can’t wait to come back!!!

Simple delicious 😋😋😋! I love the atmosphere customer service/team effort and yummy soup options. The gentleman took the time to explain each soup and gave us ladies samples that made us glow. So good I thought my grandma was working in the kitchen! I'm so glad Zoup is only ten minutes away because it's definitely my new spot!!!

I live close by Zoup and I am passing by everyday (it is on my way to work). I was doing that for almost a year and finally, today I've decided to give it a try. Let me mention, that I am a soup lover. I had a chicken & dumplings soup and it is missing something. Soup was just ok. Not my favorite place for a bowl of soup.

I just ordered something from this restaurant through DoorDash! Delicious. Half a turkey sandwich with extra tasty tomato and extra tempting turkey! Delightfully delicious! I've been to several of the chain's locations, including this one, and I'm always pleasantly pleased! I adore soup and they have such creative flavors. And they always offer a serving of flavorful French bread on the side. Love it.I got salad too but I am full now so I will save it for tomorrow

The bone broth warm bowl was delicious, I had the one with chicken, broccoli, and it was spicy. At first it wasn’t very spicy but it had bits that would knock you out, I loved it. I also tried their stuffed pepper soup, it was my favorite. Lastly I had a salad, it was difficult to eat. The bacon bits were so hard to chew that it hurt my teeth. I usually love Cobb salads but this one I wanted nothing to do with.

I Ordered online to get delivered. Their French bread is pretty dry and not airy. I had their chicken pot pie soup which I wish was more salty and the tomato bisque was very eh and not at all like tomato soup. Unless you dont enjoy very strong tastes, zoup is probably your best bet.

The food here is great, but I just wanted to take some time out and recognize Danielle!!! I had an issue where I didn't want to hurt any of the workers feelings, but I really have an issue with people talking over my food. I informed Danielle and she handled the matter with such GRACE!!!! Zoup has gained a customer for life due to her empathy.. I work in a field where the extra mile is noticed. Thank you Danielle ❣

We were in town from Georgia to attend a HS basketball game. We were on our way back when we were trying to decide what to eat. Didn't want anything we could get back home, nor anything we'd already experienced. I (for some unknown reason) wanted soup and we were about to go a grocery store, when we passed this place. Had NO CLUE what it was but I googled it and the descriptions sounded tasty so we ordered online. I'd originally ordered the Loaded Baked Potato for my fiancé and the Chicken Pot Pie for me. When we arrived to pick up the order, they had run out of the Potato, so they offered a substitute. They allowed us to taste a couple and we both decided on the Chicken Pot Pie. Instead of the 2 12oz cups we paid for, they gave us a 32oz size for our troubles. Needless to say, THAT gesture ALONE made us happy and whenever we're in a place that has Zoup! We'll be there! The soup was SCRUMPTIOUS!
