    always gives me my remake when I demand it even though the previous drink was perfect. Lying is easy here to get free drinks.

    I go to this Starbucks because they always make my order correct now that we can’t pour our own creams and sugars. I order a tall iced coffee no classic syrup 2 splendas with 1/2 half and half. NIKKI was great! She offered to make me a drink to try an Iced decaf breve latte for free to try and see if it tasted the same. It did! She said it was easier to order that way and comes decaf ( I nurse I only get a little one to not get so much caffeine ) I was just blown away that she offered that and to help me so times to come I can correctly get what I really want! So all in all shout out to Nikki who went above and beyond for me just to help out her customer!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Always use drive thru and the staff always provides coffee quick. Always fast lane and minimal waiting time! A nice Starbucks

    Personal and genuine customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to not only get to know you, but also get your order right. The team is led by a paradigm of a manager that exemplifies Starbucks mission and values and creates a third place for cafe and drive thru customers alike. The experience is warm, consistent, and trusted. Each day becomes better and brighter thanks to this amazing staff! Thankful for this store being part of my daily routine.

    I only come to this Starbucks monthly because it is right next to my dog's groomer. But I wish it was my local Starbucks because every single time I stop by this location it is a wonderful experience. Everyone here seems so happy and they are so so sweet. Thanks for making my morning!

    It was my first time at this particular Starbucks. It's a really nice store, somewhere inbetween a regular store and a reserve. There's a great mixture of seating: small short bar, comfortable chairs, tall tables and chairs, and 4 sets of regular tables. The tables have outlets next to them. When I was placing my order, a barista who was busy with something said he would take my order one second. He left me standing for 3 minutes, until his manager came rolling her eyes at him and came to take my order instead. Awkward. Also the music and noises, specifically when they slide the door of the ice bin, are really amplified because everything echos in the store.

    I stopped here for coffee on the way to work. I had never been to this Starbucks but I pass by it frequently. Very nice location and nice barista. I have no complaints at all.

    Expensive for non-consumable drinks. Almost $20 for 2 small/tall drinks and 2 cake pops. Drinks were only filled 3/4 then the rest whipped cream. Cookie crumble Frappuccino was not blended. Large spots of white and cookie. Hard to drink. Mint chip Frappuccino was disgusting, the mint was so overpowering that it tasted only.

    Starbucks off Route 53 is a great place to visit to sit outside and warm weather, just chill out and read a book, or, just the place to stop by before I head out to where I'm going. Highly recommend it.

    Swung through for a quick coffee and the barista Alan, was incredibly friendly and helpful, went above and beyond the typical standard for customer service. We need more people like Alan, give that man a raise!

    This Starbucks is super cozy and the staff was very friendly. It has a very communal atmosphere that a lot of Starbucks lack. Theres also something kind of romantic about walking into a coffee shop for coffee and a pastry that kind of disappeared with drive-thrus. They seem to be building a new starbucks building right across with a drive-thru. The location was out of oatmilk and the barista offered an alternative, it was very meh, not the best coffee ever ams the cheese danish was cold, but its definitely a cute location

    They inadvertently used more caramel syrup instead of the drizzle I asked for when ordering for my husband. It all settled and the entire bottom 1/3 wasn't drinkable. He took one drink and almost threw up and spent the rest of the night extremely queasy. This type of thing happens fairly frequently and has gotten to the point that we may be going to a different location from now on. For a $12 coffee he should be able to drink all of it. The lunch boxes also often come with overly ripe nearly rotten fruit. It didn't used to be that way. Too expensive to be inedible.

    Like almost every other Starbucks in the morning, this place is always busy in both drive-thru and inside. So if you have an appointment you need to get to, plan accordingly. People here are pleasant, efficient, and friendly. All personalities you'd want to encounter in the morning.

    Starbucks price is becoming an issue, especially related to the added cost of dairy alternatives. Everything is still okay with drinks and food, but it's quite simply overpriced fast food. Same contaminated products manufactured off property.

    Worst Starbucks ever! They managed to ruin 2 drinks back to back. I eventually left after wasting $9 and waiting on 2 coffee (coffee & the remake to first bad one) and went to the maple rd Starbucks location. Will never come back to this location

    My favorite Starbucks ❤️ I always go here in the evening. Everyone working here is always so kind! If they’re out of my regular drink ingredients // snack, they’ve always got a suggestion for me :) and my order is always correct. The music (when I order in the store) is always great too!

    The food was great no problems there but the service was slow and took awhile to get but a good place none of the less when I went in it smelled great just really want Starbucks is known for great place to check out if you have some time 8/10

    I work from this Starbucks at least twice a week. Ive gotten to know the staff and they're all very friendly and welcoming. The food is Starbucks so it is good, of course. Only downside (specific to my situation) is that it's cold in there. The cold atmosphere is because it's pretty warm where the staff works so they try to balance the temps.

    Once again, enjoyed the time interacting both with the barista placing my order as well as hanging out while waiting for our orders to be ready chatting with a fellow customer. Oh, oh, OH!!! I finally found the sign language cup!!!! It's christened with a Matcha Frappuccino--!!! I'm so happy!

    5:45 Ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frapp and a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. Knew both drinks were not right just by looking at them. The frappuccino was white and the layers of the shaken espresso were all mixed. Logan offered another frappuccino without even questioning :D but we felt too bad to ask for the other one to be remade as well.

    I had ordered a grande cafe mocha no whip, non fat milk. The person who took my order didn’t understand me so I repeated it. She didn’t ask my name so I asked if she needed it for my order. I didn’t understand what she was saying but pointed to my gift card and my credit card. It was not busy inside at the register where I was. I waited well over 20 minutes for my order. Finally, The barista asked if I had the cafe mocha. I said that I did. She said it was coming up next. I saw her spraying it with whipped cream but was like whatever, I have to go. I have never waited so long for a drink before at a Starbuck Ever, and my drink was wrong. Normally I have a good experience at Starbucks but not today.

    Drinks are usually made correctly, however when paying I've noticed an uncomfortable trend with a few of the batistas. If you don't leave a tip their whole demeanor changes. Very cringy. Especially when I typically always tip. You shouldn't feel obligated however. Be pleasant regardless to if you are tip or not.

    I had the most pleasant experience at this location this morning. I went inside to order my coffee and Davlin was just a ray of sunshine! I was even asked if there was an H at the end of my name :) I know it is small but little things like that really make a difference. Davlin deserves some type of award for being so personable so early in the morning.

    Do NOT go to this Starbucks and use a credit or debit card! My grandma had 2 separate cards hacked into for over $400. And when we called and asked about it, we were told " you don't have a way to prove it was this store..." For the record my grandma goes to only this location and it is once a week.

    I'm still undecided about the brew per cup system they switched to. Sometimes it's not very good. Also, they ship the beans in 5# bags but the canisters on top of the machine don't hold a full bag. Seems stupid.

    This location has some obnoxious employees on the Saturday PM shift. Seriously, what passes for a manager here needs to observe the interactions between customer and service. After handing over $20 plus a tip there was no Thanks or have a great day. Small things yes but it is indicative of a store that doesn't match up with the better *$s.

    This Starbucks is SO slow. All priority given to drive through. They were not even busy and I waited for more then 10 mins for my tall coffee. No apologizes. Avoiding this Starbucks and definitely will never go inside to order!
