Wanted pick 2 wanted a buffalo chicken baguette. 1st off the cashier wouldn't let me do a half size sandwich and then the French onion soup didn't have the cheese and I got 5 measly tiny croutons for it. I also asked for NO cheese on my sandwich and it had cheese and barely any chicken and like 3 strings of onion and a pathetic amount of buffalo sauce.

Although Panera is usually a hair more expensive than other establishments offering the same soups and sandwiches, it's conveniently located in Eagle drive in the Kroger shopping center. Parking isn't bad, the food was quick to come out. My soup wasn't as hot as I would've liked but the service was prompt and friendly. I deducted points for the fact the nearby booths hadn't been picked up after guest departure and the trash area was jam packed and dirty. This was an eye sore and they weren't that busy so it could've been addressed. Perhaps they were understaffed but overall good quality food, always friendly and fast service. I had an avo chicken chipotle sandwich with wild rice soup and my daughter had a broccoli cheddar soup. Both items were delicious and filling.

Service is hit or miss at this location. On two separate days, I had drink orders. The app notified me that the drinks were ready for rapid pickup. When I arrived at Panera, the drinks were not ready. I waited around 5 minutes. Finally, when I asked for an update, I was told they didn’t see the order which is ridiculous since someone had to confirm it within the app. Quality control for the food items also needs improvement. My Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken contained the end pieces of the romaine head of lettuce and stem of the avocado. Fortunately, I was paying attention or it could have broken my teeth.

Some kid named Jack just offered to sell me pills and drugs. Not sure why he felt obligated to say this to me not a good place. I'm a door dasher he works the front counter. I called the manager right away. Manager was helpful and professional

I really want to like this location more. The food is generally good with a reproducible taste and presentation compared to other locations. The service can be a little hit and miss with a lack of professionalism. I understand that with COVID, it's been hard to retain staff. The worst part is the lack of tidiness and cleanliness at this location. I know they can do better.. there have been times when I go in and it looks good and tidy. I'll give them another try soon. Hopefully it gets better.

Just ordered a 13$ steak and cheddar sandwich through the app and there is barely any meat on the sandwich. Stay away unless you want expensive cheese bread.

This place has gone down recently... It is disgusting and the staff is always too busy socializing. I've come consistently twice a week the past 8 weeks and it has only gotten worse. The tables are never clean and there is food debris all over the floors.

I love Panera and forgot there was a store not too far from me. George is an awesome manager! Very personable, nice, and helped us with our order! I’ve not had a bad experience at Panera but he will be one of the reasons I return.

Food is good but they need to make more bread bowls, baguettes, and bear claws. They are always out of most bread items by 5:30p. Associates were very apologetic. I understand. It's not their fault, it's a management issue.

Ordered a pick “two”, half sandwich and a cup of soup. They were out of the broccoli cheddar soup so I opted for French onion, not bad. The half tuna salad sandwich was a joke, 90% bread, hardly a scoop of tuna! Threw away half the bread and scooped what tuna salad I could find onto one “half” the remaining piece of bread to resemble some sort of sandwich! Not one to post reviews… this experience really fired me up. My wife’s pick “two” was similar with the portion of meat on her Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich… she found “2” pieces of chicken, TWO 1/2 slices! We will never, ever be back to this establishment, period!
