    This checkers is the worse and they deliberately gave me OLD FOOD. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with tomato/cheese, and a checker burger by itself. I asked for all of my food to be dropped fresh. They told me to pull up and brought my my food 5 minutes later. The chicken sandwich was (hard,old, & cold), and the lettuce was brown. The checker burger was (old, cold, and 2 different colors on the patty meat). They also put old withered brown lettuce on the burger. The fries were fresh, but had too much salt on them. The girl at the window had an attitude, because I asked for a live rep to take my order instead of talking to the intercom robot. They are selling food at this location that could literally food poison a customer and have them sick!

    What happened to real people taking our order at a fast food drive thru?? Many now even come outside and take your order at the car. Pulled up as the only vehicle and got an automated attendant at the speaker which cut me off in the middle of asking for no mayo or ketchup. Had to make all the selections it wanted me to in order to go back and ask for no toppings?? Then had to wait to talk to a real person when no one else was there. Really hope this was a trail or one off thing. Will not be visiting as long as they have an auto attendant.

    As an Uber driver, I was there to pick up the food. Nocked the door, staff were talking,no one answered me, and all of a sudden one of them came out and argued with me in a very bad way. She said: 'Go Away' to me. Service is awful at this location. Staff are even worse than what you think. Very unfriendly and impolite.

    The customer service was terrible, but that’s not what I’m most upset about. I ordered chili cheese and fries and hardly any fries were given. In the picture, you can see that I’ve eaten a few(approximately 5) but hardly any fries came in this container. Every time I go to Checkers, there’s usually two times this amount given. I’m very disappointed.

    Looked like it was closed. Bathroom didn't work, outside seating was broke as well. People working were nice enough but could tell they probably didn't wanna work (at a place in this shape ). Fries were good though.

    Left off a patty from each of the two burgers I ordered. They were supposed to be triple burgers with large fries which we paid for but they were flirting with the cook instead of making my food properly

    It's ok and still good like I remember when there was a chain of Checkers in Dallas Texas back in the mid 1990s. Would've been much better if didn't let my burger and fries get cold.

    I come here to pick up a deliver food about 5-6 times a night. never really had an issue with the staff until today, there’s this one african American female who was extremely rude when I walked up to the window today, used foul Language and closed the window on my face when asked why was she being so rude, I need to place an order she didn’t care to listen. There was 3 other delivery drivers there who also witness this encounter and shared that this is how they usually treat the drivers and don’t care to assist. I’ve never been treated the way I was treated today by this specific employee. Knowing that this is the behavior she has with every other driver is not okay and in my opinion shouldn’t be tolerated, if she can’t offer costumer service then this isn’t the place for her. If I could, I’d love to be contacted by headquarters or corporate for this to be looked into. I will most likely see her again, I will start documenting my experience and share the atmosphere of this place.

    This Checkers is trying their best to make me never go to any Checkers again. I can't recall a single time we actually got the correct amount of fries for the size we ordered (fry containers are always about 1/4 empty). Why should I have to pay for a Large fry just to get a Medium amount or pay for a Fry Lover's and only get enough to fill a Large? Customer service is so-so and the food is average but not great compared to other Checkers. Also, we didnt even get a true receipt this time, so it's not like I can fill out a survey or receive anything from corporate to compensate me for overpaying for our meal.

    I pulled up to the window after ordering at the speaker. I politely asked about the order and to confirm the items ordered. One of the preparers at the register very sharply repeated the price in a commanding tone. . Then she confirmed she got all the items. I paid but felt very disrespected. I must admit however, the food was good.

    Thank you I stopped going here 3 years ago from. Undercooked chicken but these fries might have had some hate but LOVE too thank you suggest more cheese though. Thank you again was wonderful! Unfortunately I won't be back to this location because in not going to pay money to be disrespected there is just no need for the rude attitude.

    Waited for 30+ minutes, trapped in the drive through. At the menu/speaker, I was told "It's me and one other person here, just pull around, I'll take your order at the window". At the window, was told " everyone just walked out, we're closed, I'm calling the owners". The other lane was for doordash, and seemed to be getting orders while I waited, trapped in my car. I don't know what the deal is here, but it sounds like the owners need the get their priorities in line, paying people well enough to stay for a whole shift, and prioritizing customers that actually show up over an app.

    This place sucks big time. Ordered a hamburger and fish sandwich. Fish sandwich was under cooked, not sure what kind of fish it was ?? Burger tasted bad , had to throw it out, meat looked strange. Will never eat there again. This place should be closed for impersonating a burger joint.

    You know when you get fresh grease in the fryer and the fries taste sooo good. That is the case with this location of Checkers The food was amazing, the service was fast and friendly and the storefront area was clean and well lit.

    Darker skinned woman and a woman with glasses who was on the drive-through mic were working really hard and seem to have great attitudes. They gave me a positive experience. unfortunately there was a man with a gray beard who wasn’t wearing gloves while messing with food and was just lollygagging around opening random cabinets .give those women a raise!!Midnight on 9/2 .

    I had door dashed food from here, I am pregnant, and the one who ordered the food. And yet out of 7 people, I’m the one who didn’t get my lunch. I had a specialized burger with extra pickles. Not hard to miss on any order given my experience in fast food with online orders. Needless to say, I’m a bit upset that the “pregnant lady didn’t get her food”. My techs all started donating their lunches to make sure me and this baby got to eat, given I couldn’t get my lunch money back for 5-7 business days. However with my cravings all I wanted was that burger.. 😔 IT’S SAFE TO SAY CHECKERS DROPPED THE BALL WITH THIS ONE, and I work with really great men willing to go without to make sure we’re fed.

    Over the past year, every time I visit this Checkers, the fries taste stale or like they were cooked then reheated. So gross! The burgers were alright but the chicken fingers are definitely processed badly.

    One star because they weren't rude. But they were out of boxes for the loaded fries, sweet tea, high c, plus I asked for no lettuce and they put lettuce on it. I asked for a chicken sandwich and got a paper thin piece of "chicken" literally had to stop at another place to get more food.

    I pulled up at a very late time, and unlike a lot of these old folks/middle aged folks who think they have the right to just simply bypass the servers simple question of how are you doing (the person in front of me complaining before responding to a easy question), I asked how are you doing back. I loved the food. Great food at a good price. These losers who act like their so high and mighty don’t deserve such a strong and nice team. Your team is great. Your food is great. Everyone who complains about service (90% of reviews) are people who can’t even maintain a relationship with a person outside the checkers drive through. Thank u checkers

    I ordered a number 3. The bacon 🥓 burger was delicious. Order my food. Got it in a timely manner. Was hot still when I got home from the drive through. It was sure late. They sure kept working hard

    I'm not sure why this place is even in business. They have no interest in getting food to people and can't seem to execute the basic functions of running a restaurant. The owner has no business being in the restaurant industry. I have been both as a customer and picked up food as a 3rd party delivery driver. To start, the wait time will always be at least 20 minutes, up to an hour, even if you're the only customer there. The person taking your order will be incredibly rude and short with you, no matter how pleasant you are to them. I had a nice encounter once but that employee found work elsewhere (order was still wrong for the record). Once you get to the window, you'll just sit there for 10 minutes before someone finally acknowledges you and asks again what the name on the order is or asks you for your order again. There is always something wrong. Either they gave the food out already to the wrong driver/customer, their *insert machine* is broken, they don't have one of the items, whatever. I've always been told this information after waiting for 10+minutes at the window. Why wait to communicate what's going on with orders? They have no respect for people's time. When I do receive my food and everything seems okay, I've gotten back home to realize order is messed up/sloppy/undercooked. As a delivery driver, these problems are amplified. I am looking for a way to get them deactivated from the DoorDash platform. They have told me that they only work on pickup/delivery orders after the regular drive-thru line is completely empty. I have waited for over an hour on more than one occasion for a simple order while they get the other line down to 0 cars. This is why your delivery orders from here are cold and take so long. They don't want delivery orders. If you're a customer placing an order through Door Dash or Uber Eats, keep in mind that they do not want your business. The way they operate, they don't want business from anyone. The cleanliness is another issue. Their health score is abhorrent, no one wears a mask, they handle cash and use the same hands to handle unwrapped food with no gloves and no handwashing. The place is always a mess. I will not return as a customer and will not do business with them through any other means.

    Absolutely rude and horrible establishment. Tried ordering doordash and order got cancelled after an hour of them accepting the order and the dasher waiting on them. Decided to drive down there to be told they just didn't feel like doing dash orders tonight. THEN they proceeded to tell me they were closed and not taking anymore customers (mind you they close at 0300) I got there at 11 p.m. which I would understand if they were short staffed but then they took orders of cars after me as I left. So I guess they just pick and choose when they are working. Disgusting customer service.

    This is, without a doubt, one of the most magnificent examples of a terribly run fast food joint I've ever seen. I have never spent less than fifteen minutes waiting, and less than 25+ if it was an Uber eats delivery pickup. It's so bad that we won't take orders from this location anymore when driving, and have encountered another driver who not only does the same, but once when having declined the order, was called by Doordash and offered a bonus of $10 to take the order, because nobody wants to take orders there. And the lady working all the time, long black hair, always wearing a puffy black and yellow jacket, is extremely rude.

    This is second time after a seriously drive thru and restaurant was abandoned. I called their service line and reported it vowing I would never eat here again. Tonight after many months I thought I would try. It was late and I was hungry. Long line tonight but I endured. The line took 45 minutes. While in line I looked at reviews. I appreciated the owner answering but noticed many same answers and appears no solutions. I also noticed no health inspection reports on display which is worrisome. Not sure I can recommend

    The fries are great but the drive thru wait is always long. We waited 18 minutes recently to try the new Dry Seasoned Chicken Fingers. Unfortunately, they weren't worth the wait.

    I stopped by about 30-40 minutes before close, according to their posted hours, and all the lights were on, with employee cars in the parking lot. I sat in the drive through for about 5 minutes, and they shut all the lights off on me. Again, they were still open for at least another 30 minutes at that point. Incredibly rude and beyond unacceptable. I don't know if I'll be back after that display. Hopefully, whoever is paying these employees to be there during open hours reads this and considers the fact that not only are they turning away business, but they are also stealing from management by not working the hours they are paid to be there, which is a double loss.

    I stopped in tonight on my way home after having gotten off work super late, and even with it snowing and crazy Friday night bar crowds, I was met with the most wonderful and inviting employee greeting ever. I have never ordered here before, and I had no idea what to get. I laughingly said "I just got off work and I'm so hungry", and the employee (whom I learned is named Shayla), responded with "well let's get you fed!!". It totally made my night. The food was hot, the fries were perfect. Just what I needed in a pinch after getting off work. Shayla has a great personality, but her customer service skills are out of this world. Thanks Shayla & everybody that made my experience super great. ☺️
