👍👍 Love this walk with the kids. It takes us about 45 mins to walk all the way around. My girls love to stop and look at the birds and wildlife you can spot here.     Fantastic walk through a part of WA’s history. Buildings are well preserved. The walk is approximately 3.1km long and very flat and easy. Great also for cycling or walking your dog. Parking is plentiful also

    I could go on a rant here because I’m sick of dog owners assuming everyone will love their dog jumping up on them as much as they do. I don’t care if he or she is just being friendly..I don’t want a dog bred for jumping up and grabbing a bulls’ nose and not letting go, jumping up on me or my son…

    Lovely boardwalk surrounded by natural beauty! Plenty of photo ops if you get the right lighting. Be careful when the boardwalk is wet. It gets extremely slippery!!

    I love the old ruins here. Would be great to plein air (paint) here one day. The walk was easy and compatible with our pram. In the afternoon the light it was perfect. A great place for the afternoon dog walk too(lots of dog walkers here)
