I’m not a tenant there my I have a family members that is. The person is blind but has provider and since day one the manager their is extremely rude and tells me the stove not working properly is not a Priority because when she moved in would not touch stove. But she will have a provider that will be coming in and before leaving the knobs come off but how is a stove not priority. So I have been trying to reach other managers to Assist this problem but no answer as of yet

Apartments not kept up. Just painted didn't scrap, pressure wash or nothing, just put paint on top. Paint already peeling. Wash room stays locked where tenants can't even use bathroom. (Locked even before Covid19) Manager just loves some tenants.

I have never lived there but my cousin did. They are very immature,unprofessional, and rude. Never wanting to do anything about the needs of my cousin or tenants. This place has went down in my opinion and if you are in bad health I wouldn’t recommend staying here, because you will be overlooked when you have health concerns that you are worried about, such as mold, and others smoking in apartments that they should not be happening they dismiss you. Would not recommend

Today with the help of three businesses, rehab by the hospital, hospice out jasper. The third great lady I forgot what business. The three ladies, Tracy and several of the tenants put on an awesome mother's day Tea party. Beautiful. Mr Lee our landscapor for over 30 yrs and Tony our new maintenance men helped a lot 2. Our ladies had a beautiful awesome mother's day Tea party.

These apts have numerous problems requiring new construction for outside structures! The stairwells are coming apt but made of iron and concrete. I realize these apts have been here for yrs. Now, if the mgr April, would stop having a personal relationship with Tony,the maintenance man; like their laughing noises and such around 2-4 am in the mornings. The mgr April lives under me...😲

Worst place EVER! DO NOT live here! I rated a 1 because you couldn’t give it a 0. If you need anything fix it’s always “don't have the money”! It’s over run with mold. They can’t keep a maintenance man because of how it’s ran! This property they don’t care about! I’m so happy in my NEW home!

I love Terracewood Apts, I live in Apt 37. The manager is great, she is helpful and caring. She is extremely professional. Her desk is always clean, as well as is the office. Her paperwork is in such professional and easy way that it is extremely easy to finish. She is kind. And will help in any professionally that she can. Her name is Peggy B. Meyers.
