    The restaurant is infested with flies, the drink machine is still broken, half the menu screen is broken at the front including the payment screen was broken. I looked at the kitchen in back and it was filthy they really need to scrub back there. Staff looked unprofessional eating at the drive thru window while also prepping food. Until the sanitary and maintenance conditions are addressed I would not recommend anyone eating from here.

    Update: The day after I wrote this review I found an extra charge for $35 in my bank account. My meal was $13 so they used my card to pay for 2 meals. This place should be bulldozed and replaced with a methadone clinic because the people working there need it. If you go here, good luck! If they ever get around to taking your order at the drive through before you fall asleep waiting then just order anything because they aren't gonna give you what you ordered anyway. I think you actually have a better chance of getting the meal you want if you order a different meal. They barehand all the food so I wouldn't recommend eating it if you actually ever get it which you probably won't

    Went here for a quick late lunch with my kids! Waited in line for about 20 minutes, ordered a 4 for 4 with a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and pickles, fries and chicken nuggets, baconator fries, a jr cheeseburger and a crispy chicken BLT. Paid for my order, asked for a receipt and wasn’t given one, said the machine was broken 🙄! I needed to be parked because they were waiting for the cheese sauce to be done! Okay fine no problem! But it is a problem when I get my food handed to me and my fries are ICE COLD, soggy and just disgusting, my daughters burger had only ketchup, and my sons baconator fries were just fries with barely any cheese sauce! The girls are the window were extremely unpleasant and unprofessional! I don’t think I’ll be back there again!

    Current employee here. If you like people who handle your food with their bare hands and no gloves on, I wouldn’t advise eating here. Like our salads? Chances are someone made that without gloves on. Also, the restaurant is infested with mice and flies so definitely not somewhere you want to eat.

    Waited for 15 minutes behind someone else who had been there long before me- nobody ever even acknowledged our presence or told us there would be a wait. Waste of time, what's the point of getting "fast food" if it isn't even quick? Embarrassing.

    I rarely go to any fast food restaurants but when I went to the Milbury, MA Wendy's on Friday, Dec 30th at 4:30 pm it was Not a pleasant or professional experience. I don't know who you have running your establishment but clearly they do Not do their job. The drive thru had 3 kids, anywhere from 18 to maybe 20. Dressed in street clothes, not uniforms, no gloves for handling people's food. One rubbing their face another biting and picking at his fingers. I was told they only took cards. For some reason, not explained they couldn't take cash. I only ordered a burger, fries and a water. It took almost 20 minutes for me to get my food. With No apology or explanation. Very very unprofessional and clearly NOT trained. The girl taking orders was ok but clearly not happy with what she was doing. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. I do not think I will ever go back to your place of business. Very disappointing. Thank you Debbie

    Terrible Customer Service from Drive Thru female worker. The order was wrong the 1st time, went in to let them know, checked my order and it was wrong again, I just left. I get we have to be kind to workers, but that must be reciprocated. I've come here 3xs and each time I'm more friendly and courteous than the staff. I will go to other locations because the staff here need some serious Customer service training.

    Drive through customer service is terrible. Basic customer service is to at least acknowledge that you are at the drive-thru intercom. That they'll be right with you is terrible cuz my service. I had to ask if anybody was working before she said anything through the intercom. There was only one car in front of me and they were waiting for their food. I asked her for extra napkins and she hands me my change and a soda didn't acknowledge that I asked her a question. And so then I asked her for a straw, she ignored me. I asked her for a straw again... Nothing. And when I got my food, the fries were cold and she gave me ONE napkin.

    Store is very dirty,bathroom is 😝, they constantly run out of regular coke,kitchen area that's seen by the customers is always trashed, the floors are full of fries 🍟 that are dropped during boxing process. Very poor mgt that runs this webster store,the Sturbridge location is 10x worse

    Went on burger day 9/18 ordered meal asked about the penny deal was told server was down. I think If server was down all orders should not be completed. Still ordered and paid. Not 1st time have had issues with this branch. Hardly go there. Definitely not again.

    I always order online no matter where I go whether it’s Wendy’s McDonald’s Taco Bell or kfc. Wendy’s is the worst by far they never end up giving me my food through the drive though even though that’s the setting i click when ordering through the app, they tell me that my name doesn’t exist on the screen although they have the order number for my food they ask me to come inside to receive it, the food is always mediocre the frosty machines never work they never have cookies. Always forgetting the sauce as well. The past two times I’ve went I’ve just cancelled my orders due to them answering the drive through window with a “what’s up” rather than welcome to Wendy’s how may I help you or something that actually tells me this is a respected establishment. Very disappointed in Wendy’s over the past few years it was my favorite in 2019.

    Always something wrong with an order. I have gotten soggy salads, burgers and baconator fries missing bacon, they always forget the sauce for chicken nuggets. This place also has lots of flies on the inside and smells pretty funky.

    By far the worst Wendy's I have ever frequented and I frequent it a lot because I work around there. I've finally wised up and will not be returning. No sauce? OK. No frosty machine? OK. No coca-cola? What? And then the other night no one there while a line waits in the drive thru. I left after sitting at the window for 10 minutes.

    We ordered food they forgot our condiments I feel as if every fast food places forgets what you ordered for condiments over the speaker as well as at the window. Went back and got some but at least we didn’t forget a burger 🍔 like we’ve previously experienced.

    They're actually a lot better than other Wendy's. How do I know this? - because my child loves their chicken nuggets and been to all the Wendy's around central Massachusetts 😆. Friendly drive through customer service, usually never misses any order and food is always in perfect temperature.

    They just stare at you and pretend you are not there. They are busy on their phones and can't be bothered. They played on their phones, looked right at us and went back to phones. When we asked if anyone worked there mysteriously 8 heads pop up, they EVERYONE right back to their phones. I will tell EVERYONE I know about this location, and service and NEVER go back again! There were 4 of us and never eat here under $40 so maybe you no longer need the money to pay the salaries of the rude employees and since they don't want to wait on customers maybe you don't want a business. 3 other groups left while we were there. Great business! NOT!!

    This is by far the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Drive to another if you can. Undercooked fries, soda that is warm and no taste in addition to the lack of customer service.

    Pulled up to drive thru about 6:50 am still had lunch menu up no answer at intercome. Waited about 5 to 8 mins then pulled up to window. Person inside looked at me then started unlocking window. I asked if there are open she replied yes. Mention to her th intercom wasn't working she Rudely replied ( YES WE ARE OPEN ). With an attitude. I pulled away with out ordering. No need for an attitude when asking a question. Not Not recommended to go to that restaurant.
