Gym itself and workers are great. Hours are awful. Need to be open at least until 11pm like the other locations or even back to 24/5.

Good afternoon, I just went to try to register and was accompanied by my 10-year-old son, and a lady who is at the front desk I understand that they did not give her the proper training since before greeting and giving a cordial welcome to the establishment, before anything she Téllez that my son could not be in the gym even though he was just in the lobby waiting, without even asking what we wanted, apart from the fact that she said with an attitude, I felt very upset and because I did not know how to handle the language well I decided to leave and not register, i Good you guys try to find kind people for all schedules because I know of other people that the same lady has mistreated others and to me it feels racially motivated.

I have recently started working out again since March. And the workouts are good, the equipment is good. The one thing I absolutely cannot stand is fact that everybody is on their cell phone Just sitting there holding up the equipment. Especially in the 30 minute workout zone. I like to come in Do what I need to do and get out..You seriously need a babysitter over there

Exercise & Nutrition seem to be keys to good health. Today, my visit to Planet Fitness met my exercise needs. Checked in with amiable Brendan & Andy. Hit some of the machines along with the elliptical. Pleased that the multitude of TV's had a diverse menu of selections. Finished, the workout relaxing on one of their massage chairs. Closed my eyes and vicariously revisited a special massage that was bestowed on me by a lovely Jamaican. Hit a lot of spots. May visit Planet Fitness tomorrow -- no problems Mon!

Super nice people, very helpful. If you don't know something, they're very eager to help and explain anything. Cleaner than I expected, and the members have all been super cool as well! Very comfortable place to work out.

A solid facility. This place is great it passes all the usual marks for a good location. I don't even think about cleanliness or the hydromassage working. The stuff is in the background of my experience where it belongs. I've never had a reason to ask "why the hell is this so bad?" So great things all around. But there is one thing this place does better than any PF I've visited. That is the Playlist. The music here is pure vibes. It's rock when ppl are working hard. It's pop and high energy tracks that feel a lot better curated to the mood in the gym. Like today is just some instrumental edm and a bass loop that fits saturday perfectly. I dont want to think too much after working all week and the sound matches that. So whoever is adding extra effort to the soundtrack I see you. Good job

The renovation and expansion of this location has done wonders for the member experience. The “Black Card Spa” is well worth the extra cost each month. With 3 types of tanning, Total Body Enhancement, 4 HydroMassage beds, and two massage chairs that even massage the arms and hands, it is an elevated experience for sure. The gym itself is more spaced out, with more space in between equipment, so it’s easier to get around. There is still frequently no Smith Machine or free weight bench available without waiting, but that speaks to how popular the club is. There is almost always plenty of cardio equipment available at any hour I’ve seen. Overall a great improvement! It’s so busy it might be time to start working on the next expansion.

Good gym,I wish it was 24/7. Hopefully soon

Great workout and loved my Vibra Shape!!! So Etherial after a wonderful workout with the besties!!! Only wish the gym was open later like pre pandemic!

Got accused of being a creep, lurking around a woman taking videos. A ridiculous misunderstanding that could have easily been resolved, but the desk staff had already made up their minds and didn't want to hear anything from me. So I insisted they call the police. B4 the police arrived, the staff and my accuser realized I didn't even have a phone on me to take videos. At that point, my accusers decided to leave b4 the police got there. But the embarrassed staff doubled down with some fabricated reasons that didn't add up in order to save face. But the police sided with me. Even still, this was still humiliating for me. Then to make matters worse, I was told to leave because I was upsetting the other people in the gym.

Convenient location and friendly employees, but bathrooms alway filthy and out of products (toilet paper, soap, unsanitary toilets and sinks/floor). Workers rarely seen servicing facility and often standing around talking to each other and friends. Often loudly playing rap music. Large group running their own personal workout training club or business comes in daily. They are loud and takes over much of the area. Management needs to take notice!
