I got recommended here by a close friend. I need a last minute blow dry because I was going somewhere and everything else was closed. They greeted me so well, they made me feel so comfortable. They did an amazing job with my hair! I am totally in love at how soft and beautiful it came out! I will absolutely be returning back here. I recommend them to anyone!

A coworker recommended this place and she told me they just do walk in so I arrived at 11:30am and after wait for the whole day I got to get my hair done around 5:00pm, the place is very busy and disorganized the woman that did my job I believe she was the owner, she was friendly and did a good job on my hair but oh oh big surprise she charged me $280.00 for JUST HIGHLIGHTS and the process that come with (base, blow dry, etc) I told her Whattt this is crazy I have never feel robbed before it was just just insane. I paid her because I was happy with the result but I mean come on lady I was a new customer and bring my daughter with me and I was ready to recommend you to my friends but no you didn’t play nice you took advantage but you know what invite your whole crew to dinner at my expenses.

They are very friendly and do a wonderful job definitely keep going in there even if no for a party.

This place I recommend I've been coming here since they open and they have expanded their business to more services highly recommended Im a happy customer. Janice does my nails and she does excellent work she never disappoints all my friends come to her now vary happy customer. I also can come to the shop and get everything done here in one stop. Good customer service and friendly atmosphere.

I been going to this beauty salon for years and she always make sure I look good . About the bad comment I read . If you find a picture in the internet don’t expect it’s gonna come out the same way . You get what you ask for . Besides that . Guillermina Beauty salon it’s the best in Worcester !! Don’t let the bad comments get to your head , just go try it your self .
