Beautiful little meadow with views of the Cathedral. From certain view points you could easily be back in the medieval times with modern buildings covered with greenery and just the steeples popping up over the trees.

Beautiful fields within walking distance if Worcester town. Good range of field butterflies. Great areas to walk dogs. Only drawback ( for me anyway) is the occasional times there's a bull or cows occupying the well fenced fields. Although the Farmer does put up signs to say that they may be there, it needs to be visually verified.

Had a lovely walk along the river, stopped to have a bite to eat half way. Found it very peaceful place, to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Large and crowded park, especially on weekends. At the beginning of the park, you can go down to the water and look at the huge swans. If you reach the end of the park, you will find a beautiful bridge through which you can cross to the other side of Worcester over the River Severn. It is advisable to come not at rush hour, otherwise there are really a lot of people

We really love visiting Chapter Meadow's however eveytime we go walking we get lost and end up either back tracking or having to walk back into the town by the road. We do not seem to have found a circular walk even though we follow the Monarch Walk signs the last one leading us to walk through a tunnel under the road and then we had to walk back through the houses. But we still love going there.

The Meadows are beyond the Shared cycle path which means Kids & Dogs are safer. Arrogant Cyclists expect everyone else to move out of their way, off road bikes that they won't take on the grass to get around pedestrians. !!! The Meadows, I believe the Battle of Worcester site, is uneven underfoot, not suitable for wheelchairs & questionable for pushchairs, certainly not for the very young. Quiet spot.
