You pay $6 for a latte. The least these lazy employees can do is mix it up for you. How hard is it to mix powder with milk? Will never order from here again. Lazy

Trying to call the number online to reach them is horrible. I’m calling since I just picked up a bagel and some coffee and donuts and they messed up on my bagel. It’s insane to me that I’m paying for a bagel and cream cheese and not have the thinnest layer of cream cheese. What’s the point of charging cream cheese if not going to get any.

Depends on when you go.. there's a few workers who know how to treat customers.. A few during the morning are very rude.. belive 1 is the manager always takes regulars first regardless of who's waiting to order so become her regular and get half priced coffee on her shifts I guess

They were really quick. Them guys and girls were great. The service, speed, freshness and cleanliness of the place makes it one of the best dunkin I've been too in a long time

Newer store. Very bright and clean. Menu is tough to read when having to order quickly. Very tough to hear what the workers are asking when wearing mask as its a very noisy location. Gave my order three times. They gave me the first hot beverage in seconds even though it lacked the sugar that was asked for. No worries I just asked for a couple of sugar packets. The second hot beverage took ten minutes to complete. Had to ask twice on where it was. No explanation or apology was given .
