This
was
my
second
time
getting
my
hair
done
at
this
salon
and
it
was
the
worst
experience.
I
arrived
9
minutes
late
to
my
appointment
and
had
called
beforehand
to
let
Carla
know,
and
during
the
call
she
had
stated
that
she
might
not
have
the
time
to
straighten
my
hair
and
do
a
trim
and
ended
the
call
saying
"we'll
see".
I
had
assumed
that
she
was
referring
to
the
trim;
I
had
already
washed
my
hair
prior
to
the
appointment,
which
is
why
I
was
late
because
I
learned
from
my
first
experience
that
my
scalp
was
filthy
after
I
arrived
home.
When
I
arrived
I
disclosed
the
fact
that
I
had
already
washed
my
hair
so
to
make
up
for
lost
time
I
told
her
to
just
apply
conditioner
and
detangle.
She
applied
the
conditioner,
but
did
not
detangle
my
hair.
When
I
got
on
the
chair
she
told
me
that
she
only
had
time
to
trim
my
hair
but
not
straighten,
which
made
absolutely
no
sense
since
all
that
she
could've
accomplished
in
9
minutes
was
the
trim.
She
then
told
me
that
if
I
was
not
okay
with
that
then
I
could
reschedule.
I
then
convinced
her
to
just
blow
dry
my
hair
and
skip
the
styling
and
trim
since
I
had
driven
an
hour
to
come
to
her.
She
agreed,
but
decided
to
not
apply
any
product
onto
my
hair
because
that
would
require
her
to
detangle
my
hair
which
she
said
she
did
not
have
the
time
for
since
she
had
a
2:00
PM
appointment
and
my
appointment
was
booked
for
1:00
PM.
So,
she
ended
up
doing
the
bare
minimum
and
blow
dried
75%
of
my
hair.
At
that
point
I
was
already
fed
up.
Her
male
stylist
had
a
cancellation
and
kindly
offered
to
finish
up
my
service
at
1:50PM
since
her
next
client
was
going
to
arrive.
She
was
not
even
done
with
blow
drying
my
hair,
but
she
somehow
thought
that
an
hour
time
frame
would
have
sufficed
and
said
that
it
was
my
fault
that
she
could
not
complete
even
50%
of
the
service.
He
ended
up
blow
drying
the
section
she
did
not
finish
and
straightened
and
trimmed
my
hair.
Carla
was
very
rude
and
acted
as
if
I
was
late
by
30
minutes
to
the
appointment.
I
was
then
charged
full
price
for
the
appointment
when
she
did
not
even
wash,
detangle
or
apply
product
to
my
hair.
She
has
poor
time
management
because
you
can't
limit
clients
to
one
hour
especially
when
I
have
very
thick
afro
curly
hair,
which
I
know
was
the
issue
for
her
because
she
kept
trying
to
find
reasons
to
not
style
my
hair.
Clearly
she
does
not
service
many
clients
with
my
hair
type.
