I found VIP after being a long term client at another salon and then visiting “the best nail tech in Worcester”( according to her anyways). From my first visit. I felt welcomed! Louie is my go-to technician. I have had him for different services. His pedicures are amazing and my nails are amazing! He takes his time and is a perfectionist! I love that he can freestyle lots of designs and really cares about his clients. I highly recommend the salon especially Louie!

I have gone here multiple times for dip powder and always leave loving my nails. Scarlett does an exceptional job. I have never had a nail tech that goes into as much detail as she does. I love the atmosphere of the place, cute and clean. My new go to nail salon!

I really love this place. I had a really clear vision of what I wanted for my manicure color and when it wasn’t quite right the first time they were really receptive to making sure it got done properly. John did my redo color with the chrome finish and did an amazing job!! I am very happy with it and will keep coming back

I've been coming to VIP Nails to see Lee for over a year now. She is an incredible artist who always makes my nails look perfect. The environment here is so much fun too. Everyone is super friendly and there's always good laughs being shared. I've recommend this place to all my friends and now we all go together. Thank you Lee for the cutest nails!

Forever amazed by Scarlett at VIP Nails. The last 3 sets she’s done from September-November have been amazing as always. From my Ghostface nails for a horror convention, to my Beetlejuice Halloween nails, and my most recent spooky Christmas nails, I am never disappointed. Everyone is always amazed when I tell them the designs are hand-painted. I will never go anywhere else.

**UPDATE** Five days after going to the salon, I felt a pain in my toes and noticed that both of my big toes were pretty swollen. Initially when I got my pedicure, I felt the cut but disregarded it bc I know that happens sometimes. I reached out to VIP Nails via email and then Instagram where I finally got a response. The owner apologized that this happened, said he would "make it up to me", and would check up on me a little later. Two doctor appointments later, two different medications taken, and now my big toes are starting to look normal again. I initially was going to give them another chance given the circumstances, but what made me decide not to was the lack of "checking up" on me (It's been almost a month now). I realized that they don't really care about their customers, especially ones that got an infection from their salon. Although I am sad to have to find a new nail home, I know it's for the best... I’m so HAPPY to find my new nail home! :) My previous nail tech of ten years moved and I was devastated to have to start new with someone again. After seeing so many positive VIP Nail reviews, I decided to give them a try, especially since they are only five minutes from home. So happy I did! I felt like family from the moment I walked in. Helen was soooo sweet and took her time with my nails. She helped me find a particular color I was looking for and gave recommendations on what she think would be best. The space is very clean and has many colors, and everyone is just so nice! Thanks Helen and the team at VIP Nails! You guys are all so awesome! :)

I have been here a few times and this past visit was one of the best. Kyle did extraordinary job with my nails, gave me exactly what I wanted not the usual bulky dip nails that I usually get, not to mention the art was perfect, the french tip thin and beautiful. Kyle also gave special attention to details as I told him it is for my engagement! I have never been more happy with my nails. Thank you Kyle!

Louis is wonderful! My nails look lovely. He fixed me right up despite my last minute emergency appointment. The nail color is adorable. The lady that did my feet also did a great job. My feet are restored to their glory and my piggies are cute again. The receptionists were very kind, assistive, and made sure our visit was not only a time efficient experience, but most importantly a welcoming and friendly environment to be in. I look forward to visiting again.
