If I could give no stars, I would. This place lacks communication and the dentists are super rude. They kept pushing for fillings to do done prior to another procedure. They did not give me the right to say what I wanted done. After all the hassle, they told me that they would call me to set up my next appointment but they never did. I even called to follow up weeks later and got the same “we’ll call you back” response. NOTHING. It has been 2 months. If they didn’t want me as a client, they should of just refused service. Not ghost me and leave me hanging like a child. Whoever manages this establishment needs a wakeup call.

Great experience overall. Been having wisdom teeth issues and they were able to get my first consultation visit within a week and then my wisdom teeth extracted within a month. Very pleasant experience overall. Great staff. Each member I dealt with did their specific jobs very well. The Dr. who did the extractions was great. I was nervous. They made me comfortable and wisdom teeth extraction was quick. Full intravenous anesthesia for 2 hard to reach wisdom teeth. Healing up nicely so far. I would go back for my next extractions or any future work. Highly recommend.

I have had a lot of dental trauma over the years and have dealt with a lot of dentists that weren’t very kind.. but I am so grateful for how well I’ve been treated at this gentle dental location!! Specifically Dr. Arora-Mohan, and Dr. Klimashov - they are so kind, and well…gentle! I’ve never had a dentist be so calming, communicative and understanding. Incredible staff all around as well. All the front desk staff, the manager and dental assistants are rockstars. Made me feel so at ease. I have a long road to get my teeth into better shape but I’m happy I’m going down that road with them. ❤️ Thank you!!

I had my initial new patient appointment and cleaning done here. Everybody was super friendly. Hygienist did an awesome job! Recommended!

Dr. Tina Arora-Mohan is excellent as a professional as well as a person. Always carrying for her patients. I have been with this office for nearly 12 years and I highly recommend Gentle Dental. Office staff extremely courteous and always ready to accommodate any requests.

I wish I could say I had a good experience, I will say that Dr Aurora was very kind. The company is terrible, I was going to have a bridge done, and after some time I decided not to go that route and went with implant surgery elsewhere. They then told me they couldn’t refund me the $5,000 I paid, then they offered back half, I said at this point fine. Well it has been months and I have not seen the payment, wish the company was good, but nothing gentle about this experience! If you’re looking for a company with compassion and care, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I loved the staff at Gentle Dentle! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Tina Aurora-Mohan and her assistant took the time to answer all my questions, and take care of any worries i had. Everyone was so professional, i will definitely be back! 10 out 10 would recommend they offer an amazing service with the utmost care.

The experience with the team at Gentle Dental has been so supportive. The staff is highly professional and trained. Dr.Arora works as a talented conductor of this office to blend all the skills and talents. I have watched others receiving urgently needed care and regular appointments all fit into the schedule to serve what we need. I love to see so many different cultures represented as a mirror to our city. Dr. Arora does an outstanding job managing all of this. And, to support that effort, the desk staff, and Melanie in particular, have all gone out of their way to help us in whatever we needed. Thank you so very much.
