The last 2 times my wife and I have been there we have been highly satisfied. In the pictures are Cheesy bread, Pepperoni Pizza and a Sausage Pizza. There was some slight inconsistencies between the two pizza in the amount of cheese and thickness of the dough but both were cooked excellently and tasted great. Plus the crust is a perfect combination of being soft but still having some bite. The cheesy bread was good but the marinara on the side was really watery and not good (which was unlike the sauce on the pizza). The staff there is amazing. My one year old and I got there a little before everything was ready and everyone there was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

We went there for lunch today after a visit to UMass Worcester ; going there was based on Worcester Eats reviews. The antipasto was fresh and excellent, nice green lettuce, fresh Italian cold cuts and cheeses , cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, etc; very, very good ! The pizza was excellent; great cheese , sauce and the crust was perfectly crispy but soft inside . The chicken Marsala was also very, very good with nice chunks of chicken , homemade pasta (extra $2) and plenty of great Marsala sauce. All in all, a place to go back again and again ! They have been family-owned since 1962! Also, the waitress hustled the whole time and was efficient and pleasant !

My first visit to this restaurant was several weeks ago with family. My dinner choice that afternoon was the Lasagna. It was a very good meal. Portion size was generous and appealing. Definitely worth the visit as it was recommended by family. Unfortunately, todays call in and pick up meal was on the opposite side of the spectrum. My toasted Chicken Parm sandwich was a total waste of waiting time and money. The chicken was either, 1. Not watched and left in the fryer over its cooking time,or 2. The frying oil needs to be changed/replaced, or 3.The cook was new or needs to be retrained. The fried chicken was very dark and had the apperance of grocery store roast beef in the deli showcase. The inner chicken was dry with no taste. However the sandwich bread was decent. The marinara sauce was tasty. If and when I decide to call in a meal to pick up again. I will definitely inspect the meal before I walk out. I was unable to transfer the pictures I took to this review.

The lasagna was so good. The sauce is the best ever. Michael our waiter was awesome. From the outside you would have no idea how good the food is. This will be our go to for Italian food hands-down.

This restaurant is super cute and cozy, and the food is delicious. We really appreciated how attentive and friendly our server was, and overall had a great experience. Everything we ordered was reasonably priced and cooked very well. We will definitely be back to try more from the menu, this is a great comfort food spot!

We went to La Cucina for my mother's birthday, who made her selection at the behest of her long time friend and hairdresser. He couldn't say a bad word about the place, so we were all excited. Don't worry, I won't bury the lede; the whole family fell in love with their meals. Three of us ordered the Eggplant Rollatini, and we couldn't stop singing it's praises. The eggplant melted in your mouth and my angel hair was an absolute delight. My father got the classic Spaghetti and Meatballs and the BIL chose a stacked Chicken Parm Sandwich. We will be back for sure!

Amazing food, honestly just like my great grandmother from Italy used to make. We love La Cucina…the bean and escarole soup is amazing!! Best pizza around.

Crispy chicken sando was a slam dunk. Excellent cutlet that was golden and sizzling. Redhots made it. But the real show stopper was the fresh baked bread it was served on. 🤌🏼

Nestled within easy reach of both the Massachusetts Turnpike and Route 20, La Cucina Italiana stands out as a welcoming haven for lovers of authentic Italian cuisine. The establishment’s BYOB policy adds a personalized touch to dining, allowing guests to pair their favorite wines with their meals. The friendly and attentive staff create a warm atmosphere that is especially inviting to families—our two-year-old was treated with the utmost care, making our dining experience stress-free and enjoyable. The food impresses with its quality, authentic flavors, and affordability, which means indulging in Italian classics doesn’t have to be saved for a special occasion. Whether it’s for a casual midweek family dinner or a relaxed gathering with friends, La Cucina Italiana delivers a genuinely delightful dining experience that is both convenient and satisfying. Highly recommended for those in the Worcester area seeking a cozy spot for good food and company.

I came with a group of friends. I was previously unfamiliar with this restaurant. I didn't know that it was a BYOB facility or I would have brought a bottle of wine. The food was really good and the service was excellent (our server took a group photo for us). I ordered a small Caesar salad as an appetizer (it was huge)I took more than half home for lunch, for my entree I had Angel Hair Pasta with a white clam sauce...it was really good and loaded with clams that were perfectly cooked and sweet tasting. I didn't try the bread but my companions enjoyed it saying it was soft and warm. I would definitely visit again bearing in mind it is a BYOB facility. Of note we arrived around 6:30 p.m. on a Thursday Evening and while there was plenty of seating, parking was tight and they were out of the nights specials soups, appetizers, entree's and dessert completely...only regular menu items were available.

It was very busy, and lots of full tables. We were seated in the corner booth, no light, had to use our flashlights on our phones to see the menu. We never got rolls until after our dinner was served, even though the waitress said she would bring them over. The eggplant parm was delicious, my husband had the fish and chips. It was mediocre for the price.

Great place in the heart of downtown Providence. Had the braised rib grilled cheese. I know what you might be thinking, it's a grilled cheese... But they took a classic American staple and, WOW, it was. done to perfection to the point it should be a permanent item on the menu!

No wait, walked right in. The The food was great. I had the Chicken Marsala, it was very good, my only complaint was that they cut the chicken up in little pieces, traditionally, it's the chicken cutlets. My teenager ordered the White Pizza. It was monstrous! It was fantastic. Needed a box to go. My little one got a cheeseburger which he was very happy with. The downside, no actual desserts which are advertised on the board. We we're looking forward to the tiramisu and ricotta pie. Their baker had been out sick. We will have to go again for dessert

Good Italian food for a very fair price. BYOB makes it even better. Service was OK.

They nailed my wife's dish, but completely bombed on my dish. My dish was served cold and the steak was over cooked. Our server, Beverly, was very good.
